We just came to this place to hopefully find some good peruvian chicken to enjoy. After walking through the front door right under the "Open" sign and being greeted by the employee saying "Welcome", we took a seat at a table. My wife and I sat for a minimum of 15+ minutes and no one came to our table to take our order. We had a long drive home (1.5hr), so I decided to go to the counter to order to go, because we realized no one had made an effort to come over yet. To our surprise, they said they were out of chicken. We saw them serve chicken back to back to multiple tables. We were extremely disappointed about this place. Quite frankly, we did not feel welcome there at all! And I don't think this was by accident. Here's why, when I tried to place the to-go order, and was told they ran out of chicken, the server changed her story and said the restaurant was actually closed. Mind you, their website said 9pm was the closing time. We came in right around 8:10pm and were greeted. They could've told us they were closed right when we walked in. Even the chef, who seemed to be the manager, didn't even apologize due to their own mistakes. For good measure, as we were walking out, a man walked in and began placing an order. Guess the restaurant was closed just for us, but not the to-go order that walked past us or the 6-8 tables that were continuously receiving plate after plate of food. I won't recommend this place at all after this type treatment. Spend your hard earned money somewhere that will...

Salad was saggy and it was dripping with water and the chicken was supper dry it looked old and the tallarín saltado had a lot of soy sauce that it didn’t tasty it was supper sour. The tallarín verde had to taste had to add salt. And hot saice. Left is with stomach ache. Don’t recommend this place. Food used to be good when it was norrys.

My cousin and I stopped here after a day at Knotts Berry, we don’t really like the options for food there and so we found this gem and OMG I’m so glad we did.
We ordered the yucca frita and salchi papas to start, freaking amazing, the yucca comes out hot and crispy and the salchipapas, uff so similar to the ones I have eaten back in my home country of Ecuador.
I had the pollo saltado and my cousin had the lomo saltado as the main entree and dam all I can say is that the flavors combine so beautifully, they dance in your mouth.
We are so glad we found this gem and if we’re back in the area we will definitely...
