Probably the worst locations that Wendy's has ever had. Been here many times and each time something is never right or has not been resolved. Today was the last time i will set foot inside again. This location is an oven inside making it difficult to eat your meal in a comfortable environment the heat alone cam help shed off some pounds if you cant afford membership to a health club that provides steam rooms. Service here is, or lack there of, is one where I think you would have better service playing tea time with your neice or nephew at least there they will replace your cold tea to warm and offer you a free cookie. Organization here is scattered all over the place. They have their drive thru that seems to get their order in a timely manner, where inside you a cashier who never has an answer for you and always gets the order confused. How hard is it to order grilled chicken sandwich fries and a coke, apparently its difficult because he hasnt asked if we would like the combo. OH NO! YOU WANT THE COMBO? I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO! LET ME GET THE MANAGER! Here comes the manager poking along not paying attention the the line is now about 8 guests waiting because the cashier was to focused on one lady that he never looked up to see that he needed another cashier to help him out. Needless to say this is what happens everytime i visit this location. I will not be going back and whats sad about this location it has a new updated look. STOPPED BY Friday July 13th 2018 around 6:30pm and person In drive thru didn't HEAR ME CORRECTLY (I think) and didn't place the order correctly...Only gave me 2 orders of the item when I asked for 4 orders...Drive thru girl SOOOO RUDE and wouldn't give me my 2 other orders and told me to LEAVE like if I DID SOMETHING WRONG...I WAS GOING TO PAY FOR THEM, SHE JUST REFUSED to put in the order SHE FORGOT IN THE FIRST PLACE BECAUSE THE LINE WAS LONG! ARE Y KIDDING ME??? How is that an appropriate ANSWER or EXCUSE for anyone let a BUSINESS??? NO ONE IS TRYING TO GET ANYTHING FOR FREE, I JUST WANTED MY CORRECT ITEMS...Then the manager walks over and says the EXACT SAME THING! Read moreOh my gosh. Sometimes just acknowledging someone at the counter will stop customers from throwing a fit. My hubby and I, along with another group stood at the counter for 10 mins watching the crew ignore us all. Watched two guys joking around at the fry fryer. Watch one guy stand and stare at the Fry's as they cooked. Watch a girl run back and forth packing a bag. Watch 3 guys in the back area do nothing. Finally asked if anyone is working the counter. Got ignored. Said it louder, got ignored. Knocked on the counter and yelled, is anyone working? Finally the girl says, "sorry we're just busy". There were 3 cars in the drive thru when we walked in, there was one guy sitting at a table eating, then there was us at the counter. Super busy. Word of advice. Turn and look at the customers and acknowledge them by saying, "we'll be right with you". It's just Wendy's. Nothing to brag about.
