When I found about this place I wasn't too sure but I gave them a try and the wings were great! The only problem on my first time was that they literally took more than an hour to have my order ready. (20 wings only) I wasn't upset because the wings were really good. Last Saturday the 6th I was craving wings and I was deciding between the chain wing restaurant or Wings Empire. I decided to give them a second try because of the food quality. I placed my order Alondra ( cashier ) tells me my order will be ready in about 20 mins. After maybe 30 Min. I go pick up my food, I had to wait another 5-10 min (not an issue). I was given my food and I head home to find out my order was not complete as they forgot 1 order of wings and 1 regular fries. I called and how they handle the whole situation from beginning to end was terrible. Alondra acknowledge they forgot to give part of my order and said "sorry, do you want to come back or not?" I was expecting something like " I am sorry we forgot to give your order correct, we have it here if you may want to come back or give you credit for another day"..... That would of being a good way to try and resolve the situation...instead it escalated because it got me feeling unappreciated of my business. I told Alondra I really don't want to go back but can you give me credit for tomorrow? I ask if no credit for later on, then I will go and pick up my food. I asked for manager, but they don't have management on the weekends and the cook "Juan" approve the refund for the next day even though he is not the manager which it was what I told Alondra that it was going to be a problem. Long story short she got my information down or so I thought. I called the following day after work (as I mentioned to cashier I was going to do and assure me no problems) and a gentleman answered which was not aware of the food I was supposed to received and asked for help (he was the only employee that didn't try to instigate) Alaine got on the phone and ruddily asked what I needed help with and refused to tell me her name calling herself coworker 2 and called the first person coworker 1! I understand that the attitude can be associated at times with age, but come on train them better at service. I requested manager but by the time I only vent with Victor the manager as I was already upset and hangry! All I got to say its that it's not about the money, it's about the principle. If you guaranteed something then honor it! As I told Victor, I won't dispute with the bank because it's not worth it but I am not coming back. The stars is because of the food only, otherwise I would of given 0 for the terrible experience. Advise for anybody is to please check your order before leaving, other than that everyone has their own...

While it was a Friday night, the line fluctuated between "really really long" and "where did everybody go?". Regardless of whether you're the first to order or not, be prepared to wait more than half an hour for your food to be prepared-- and in my friends' case, find out that your order was forgotten and never even seen by the kitchen.
The spot itself is really small and while I'm inclined to say it's cozy-- it's the total opposite of a decent experience. The chairs are so high, we witnessed a child fall down straight to the floor. The establishment is so tiny that people in line were right behind my chair, leaving me unable to scoot back and grab a refill. The setup of this place is so garbage.. and I recall hearing Wings opened a couple years ago? C'mon guys... Speaking of garbage... THERE IS NO garbage can! Probably because they have no room for it?
Once we put our order in, I received mine after 15 minutes and my friends had to go up and ask the cashier what the deal is after they waited 20. The cashier never properly acknowledged what happened but it seems that he completely forgot to send the order to the kitchen. There's no proper pick-up area, so you have to weasel your way through the sea of hungry customers just go pick up your food, or stand by the side hoping one of the employees will assist you.
I got the buffalo chicken fries. It's boneless wings on a bed of fries with a sauce of your choice. It was pretty tasty, and the portions were enormous. The fries were extremely greasy, almost to the point where I was diving into grease soup when I made a dent in this mountain of carbs and chicken. Way too much oil was used, but for the price (and if you're trying to feed a family) it's not as bad as the business itself.
Overall, Wings Empire is so poorly run that I don't want to give them a chance anymore. They charge 55 cents for card transactions! That's like.... insane. I wouldn't come back here due to the abysmal waiting times and lack of basic...
Read moreTLDR; I received the wrong item (someone checked before handing it to me), called and was told to return to the store. They asked for the item back and I received my correct item. (No accommodations, they asked for the item back first and then handed me the correct item). I had to waste an hour of my time so they can only “fix” their mistake. Food was not made well and cold. As a customer I don’t want to ask for something I feel can be looked at as rude and uncomfortable. How much do you value and hour of a customer.
I called to make, one medium buffalo fries, and two small. 20mins later I go to pick it up, I was charged and handed “my” order (someone check the order and receipt before handing it to me whom I think was the manger or could’ve been another cashier not sure). Another 20mins to get home and the bag ripped after I walking in and one of the ranch’s spilled. After going through my items the medium one was actually a small. I call them back and was told to return with the item. 20mins later I return, cashier then requested to see the item and I handed it to them and the double check it was the garlic Parmesan one, which was the item the should’ve been a medium and not a small. To me this felt rude as if they wanted to see if I was lying. After which my “correct” item was handed to me. Another 20mins later and I finally sat down to enjoy my cold food that wasn’t even mixed well, and the garlic, Parmesan and meat were also not mixed well, stiff and greasy fries were just laying at the bottom.
