For the individual who owns Fresh Burger......... I will NEVER come back to your restaurant! EVER!!! I will be the first to give credit where is due and I commend the young ladies that you have working there. With the exception of the two older women you have (who have been rather rude or obnoxious on several occasions), the young people have always been exceptionally friendly, courteous, and professional. Each of them are examples that we all should follow in the area of customer service, kindness towards one another, and professionalism in the public sector. The issue I have is the quality of the customer service you have in the kitchen or whatever you want to call it. I drove over 20 minutes to your restaurant tonight, placed just one simple order, then drove another 20 minutes back home only to discover that I was shorted once again on the order I had placed. Basically, I paid for items I didn’t receive and I will gladly take the blame for not checking the order prior to pulling away from your drive through window but I did so out of courtesy for the people behind me due to the fact that it was rather late in the evening and I had been holding them up for quite sometime while waiting on my order. This same problem has happened the last 5 or 6 times I have patronized your business. Each time before, I’ve either had to hold up customers behind me while waiting for the orders to be corrected or I’ve mistakenly pulled away and had to come back. This issue hasn’t only happened in the drive through but has happened inside the restaurant as well. The explanation we are always given is, “We’re having problems in the kitchen tonight with a new cook” or “The cook didn’t show up today and we’re having problems getting caught up.” This has been going on since you’ve opened and I completely understand a brand new business trying to get on their feet but how long does it take to iron the bugs out? My wife and I stopped eating inside awhile back because it had gotten on a regular basis where the orders were always getting mixed up with other customers. I normally don’t mind issues. I understand a new business just opening and having to work out the kinks with staff and things of that nature because I’ve been in those shoes myself but my patience has really been worn out with your business. Along with everything else, the food was absolutely hideous tonight and that is something that had become a regular occurrence over the last several months. I really apologize for resorting to posting messages such as this on a public domain and this is actually the first time I’ve done such a thing but I am so appalled that I felt this to be a necessary means of not only getting your attention on a huge problem you have within your business but the public’s attention as well as sort of a warning that they may want to consider taking their business elsewhere. We have plenty of sub-par businesses these days without anyone having to add to them and you really had a good thing going in the beginning but I’m starting to see that this business is going to wind up going down the drain like all the businesses in that location before you unless some major reorganization takes place. I would really hate to see your business fail because that is your own livelihood and quite possibly a dream of yours. A few things you have to realize is that you have people in their working for you who are giving it their all for, more than likely, very little pay and they are depending on you. We, the public, depend on you. Many of us are good, hard working people who count on you daily to provide a quality food service to us while we are out there providing our own unique individual services to the public. In closing, I completely understand minor discrepancies occurring during times that a business is extremely busy but, as I mentioned earlier, it was rather late when I was there. There wasn’t a soul in the drive through and maybe just a few customers inside so I can’t quite grasp as to why my experience turned out so bad much less why this is a...
Read moreThe burger was DELICIOUS!! My guest and myself were very satisfied with the food. HOWEVER.....the older black lady that was taking the orders and serving as the cashier was EXTREMELY rude and unfriendly!
The young Caucasian girl that worked there was yelled at CONSISTENTLY while we were in line. The young lady was simply trying to take our order when the cashier whom I assume is the owner, yelled at her for writing it down and told her not to write it down, just tell her what we ordered.
I ordered onion rings instead of fries, but my order came out with fries. Now! Maybe if she hadn't yelled at the young girl for attempting to write the order down as most restaurants do... the order would have been prepared correctly!
There is a sign near the register speaking on attitudes. I wanted to go tell her to take a page from her own book and adjust her attitude!
Yes, the food is GOOD, but CUSTOMER SERVICE is just as if not more important than good food! I went for a refill on the tea and the container was empty. When I told the older African American lady with braids and glasses about it, she didn't say a word, just took my cup from my hand and filled it from the area she was in (behind the register). No, I am sorry, let me get that....just took the cup right out of my hand with out any words whatsoever!
Finally, while we were sitting in the dining area eating. The young Caucasian girl was cleaning tables, the African American lady behind the register YELLS out into the dining room telling her "take those containers off the table" ......in a very loud, rude tone. The young girl looked as if she wanted to cry! No one should be talked to like that at work. I don't care if they are your employer!
The gentleman serving the food had a very pleasant attitude. I am assuming (not for sure) this is possibly the spouse to the lady at the register who is about as UNPLEASANT and RUDE as they come.
Customer Service is an integral component to grow a business! The good food alone is NOT enough. People want to feel like their business is appreciated!! Restaurants come and go everyday!!
Please change your attitude and stop speaking to your employees negatively and especially in the presence of...
Read moreOur family was excited when we came up and visited Anderson. We were looking for a new experience in getting some veggie burgers. We placed an online order and the site told us that the food would be ready in 20 minutes. I was experienced enough in these types of automated responses that I knew it would probably be a little more time than that - especially on a Sunday afternoon. I arrived 30 minutes after placing the order. I was first told that they were ""in the middle of fixing our order." I said I was fine with waiting and understood. Five minutes later someone came out and said that they were "just looking at the order and wanted to let me know that they were out of veggie burger." I expressed my confusion since supposedly five minutes ago it was almost done. They again stated that the just had looked at the order (now 35-40 minutes after I PLACED the order). I asked why no one called me since I placed the order so long ago and now I am here - 2:00 and now have not had lunch yet! She again mentioned that they had just then looked at the order. I stated that I wanted to cancel my order since they did not have the main things we were coming there for. The manager then came up and processed my credit. No apology was ever done for my time or frustration. Three days later I checked my account and I was STILL charged for the food that I did not receive. I called and they stated that they would call me RIGHT BACK with more information. Four DAYS later I went back into the restaurant. I was handed the phone to talk to the Owner and he said that on their end I was never charged that money and that he would check into it. The following week I received a call from him stating that it might show up as a HOLD on my account but that I was not out any money. I have again sent him a message that I have indeed paid over $75 for food that I never got. There were a lot of people in the restaurant so maybe the food is good... I...
