I'm very sick.My heels are global.I can barely stand I called to ask if they had drive through.She said yes, so I made an order.As they get, I could go to drive through and get my order immediately 5 minutes away.I get there another car orders This was something I needed to do quickly.I finally pull off to go in To pick up my order. And make it to bar stool and get told after waiting another 5 minutes for somebody to ask me if I needed something. She says well, you gotta go down to the end to pick up and to go I can't walk. I shouldn't have takes care of it. Get it home and I get you enjoyed nasty cold French toast. It's egg and bread. How can it have a nasty flavor but it Did. $5 and something I don't know, but customer service is getting worse. I would think you would have told the other driver to please pull back around like they do it. Little Caesars so that the next person can make their order or pick up their order. And be set around again if need be, but mine should have already been ready to go I shouldn't have had to go in. And I should have been able to have at least warm food that didn't taste nasty.I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend it.To anyone else staff are...

I called and spoke to SHIANE about the food we got how there wasn’t any fries in the plate she wanted to argue me down about fries being in the plate.. who going to lie and drive back up there for fries then I told her our fish is cold and will be colder by the time u give me fries.. she said the owner said they can’t re fix our food only give us fries that was missing then hung up the phone on me but when I got there the Hispanic guy helped us and refixed our food.. crazy $24 for two flounder fish sandwiches and a hot dog.. then the Hispanic guy said the board out side with prices are wrong.. Read moreI have ate here ALL the time over the years and this is the first time I've had an issue that didn't even get resolved! I order the same exact thing the same exact way when I order that comes with slaw. I did NOT receive my slaw so I call back to let them know and the guy basically tells me that my uncle who picked up my plate ate my slaw. I'm like whoa, wait huh?.... The guy says he fixed my plate he knows he put the slaw on my plate so my uncle must've eaten it. I'm like,wow, really you really just said that. Bottom line instead of making it right, he didn't want to satisfy their customer.
