Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Anderson

I just got 2 pizzas delivered that aren't cheap mind you we spent over 100 on the order. The 2 pizzas I ordered had absolutely zero sauces on them which I didn't ask for no sauce. I don't know what it is about the pizza places in Indiana thinking that pizzas don't get sauce but there are 3 main ingredients that make a pizza before all others and that's bread, sauce, and cheese. That is the entire base of a pizza. Every topping after that is just an add on. I tore the pizzas apart looking for sauce and my wife took pictures which she sent to door dash and they tried to give us 8 dollars for 2 pizzas that wasn't what I ordered and cost me 40 bucks. The reason we ordered from them is because we just got pizza delivered from this store 2 weeks ago and they were absolutely perfect. Sauce is the 2nd most important ingredient on a pizza. Unless you order pizza without sauce, it gets sauce. We tried to call the pizza hut to reorder so we can get the food we paid for and NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE FOR OVER 10 MINUTES. We had to ask the dasher to tell them to make it right this time. Update: put in the reorder and it came with zero sauce and the dough was raw the pizza just fell apart when I tried to pick it up. Don't order pizza from here apparently there is no training or they are so greedy they literally put no sauce and then cover it with so much cheese that the crust won't hold...

I tried to place an order online. The price i was given didn't seem right, so i called the store. A guy answered the phone. I tried to explain to him what i ordered online and he kept telling me that he doesn't know about the online deals. I said i understand that but i just need to know if the 2 pizzas I built contained more than three toppings. I told him i was being charged $13+ extra. All i wanted to know was if anything i put on the pizzas made that total. He act like he was clueless so i said ok well I'll just go get some McDonald's. I wasn't even being rude. i was just confused about the total. He hung up the phone on me with out saying anything. I called back and asked why he had hung up on me. He said because you said you were going to McDonald's. I told him that was terrible customer service and very unprofessional. He said OK... I said ok what? He then said ok bye i said thank you have a good eve John and he hung up. Not one time did i raise my voice or show any frustration towards him for his lack of knowledge for the online deals. I'm done ordering from this store. Pizza hut on Nichol ave in Anderson is not a customer friendly...

At 9:24 pm I placed an order for 3 pizzas. one of which was purchased with my points. At 10: 40pm I called the restaurant to find out where the pizzas were because they close at 11:00 pm. The female manager answered told me they were closed and then hung up on me. I called back and a man answered and told me the same thing I said wait, and he did. He proceeded to be extremely rude toward me. I told him the situation and he asked the female manager. She lied and said that she tried to contact me and that they "don't have no driver". I informed him that I did not receive a call, email, nor a text. I further informed him that the payment was taken off of my card and my pizza points were gone. He relayed this to the female. Her response was that she will credit me $10. You can imagine how angry I am to be treated so badly. Not only were they very nasty and rude, but my children have nothing to eat, I lost money, as well as my pizza points. I will NEVER order from this joke of a restaurant again! Unacceptable! There are hard working people that know all about customer service that need jobs. Yet this place employees...
