If I could give them -5 stars, I would. Literally the worst Taco Bell that I have ever been to, and I have lived in 6 different states, and we all know there is more than one in each city! Taco Bell on Raible Ave is literally around the corner from my house which really makes this a shame. One visit, they wouldn't give me sour cream because I didn't ask for it before I got to the window, even though I had the exact change and my food wasn't even ready yet. Then, I watched one of the employees drop a cup that he was playing with on the ground, pick it up and put it back with the rest of the cups to be used, I had to say something about it because that is the nastiest thing that I could witness in the drive through. Now, I ordered a quesadilla with sour cream, extra cheese and light on the jalepeno sauce because it makes me sick to eat too much of it, there is NO sour cream and barely any cheese on my quesadilla which I paid EXTRA for. Now, I have been trying to call them and they don't seem to know how to operate a phone because no one answers, ever. I just got off of working on my day off, have school in the morning and really don't feel like getting dressed to go back out because it is 26 degrees outside just to speak to someone about the fact that they don't know how to do something as simple as making a quesadilla. I am going to have to start going to a different Taco Bell which I really don't want to do because of how close they are to my house.
Manager on duty was Terrance and I WILL be calling corporate when they are open. It is just ridiculous when every other visit to this location is such a laugh of an experience...
Read moreWent through at 3 a.m. when they should’ve just closed because we couldn’t go inside and had to go through the drive thru but the speaker was broken. Sat in line for 30 minutes to order at the window. My boyfriend ordered his food then when I tried to order my food I got told no because they didn’t have enough people. I would give them the benefit of the doubt if I didn’t also work in fast food with not enough people and constantly having one or 2 people in the kitchen to make several orders. I’ve been in the same situation where we were taking one order at a time at the window but didn’t tell them we couldn’t make something because there was only one person in the kitchen. We normally go around 2/2:30 a.m. but that day we were out a little later. Same woman everytime, she has no problem ringing us up and charging us but without fail we are always...
Read moreCOVID SAFE OR NOT ? Been thru the drive thru 2x in the last few days. First time...attendant had mask, gloves, held card reader out the window for me to swipe, and food was placed on a tray in a sealed bag. 2 days later (obviously different manager)...no mask, no gloves, gave my card to swipe inside store, and they handed me the bag....I am confused...ARE you following the guidelines 50% of the time & advertising ALL the time ? I can't help but wonder if the drive thru attendant is putting on a puppet show, and the rest of the employees cooking and cleaning are at ease, knowing no customers can enter the store to see what's really going on. I am not scared, but feel it is wrong to promise the public you are practicing safe pandemic food handling, when its obvious you're not. I am...
