I was in there at about 7 o'clock a little after they was not very busy I have been a good customer since the previous owner and they told me that they quit serving awful funny they quit so serving at 8 o'clock But it's OK cause they lost Ohio in a lot of money I brought me in some of my girlfriends in and she had told me know which equalled up to over $300 in mind you it's about a 7 o'clock Was you I would go to RED naill which is right next door to olives I'm getting tired of since new management new ownership whatever you wanna call it thanks that they're better than everyone else and it's getting ridiculous I would go and get my feet and nails done which included the cryllic or whatever you would call it with the gel nail a lot of money Look I think you ever has it now is disrespectful the ladies that I talk to is very disrespectful and obviously not concerned about their well being which I do know since the...

Absolutely LOVE coming here to get my nails done. Me and my daughter come in every 2 weeks for a fill and color change. The staff is top notch! They always do their best to get us both in without a long wait. I am moving soon and will be living about 20 minutes away and I will still be coming here for all my nail needs. They always make us feel extremely welcome and unlike other places the staff here don't sit around talking in another language making you feel like they are talking bad about you. As Cam would say "if I'm going to talk bad about you I'm going to do it in the language you understand" I can honestly say she speaks the truth. KEEP UP THE GREAT...

Poor Customer Service

I called in on a Saturday morning. A gentlemen answered and I asked what their availability was. He said “huh” and I explained that I’d like to set up a pedicure appointment. He said “I don’t have time to talk to you.” And hung up.

That was my experience. My spouse has gone before and enjoyed their services, but apparently if a male calls in to set up an appointment for his wife, they have no time for you. Or maybe they just are rude in general. Either way...
