We live one mile from this Casey’s and have started driving to the Ham Lake for Casey’s pizza. We had ordered 4 times from this location and had issues EVERY time… Last night we were strapped for time and against better judgment ordered pizza and wings from this location. I paid online and showed up to pick up the order at the stated time and was told it would be another 10 minutes because there had been some issue. Frustrated, I opted to leave and come back to pick up the order. When I returned I was handed two pizza boxes and no wings. When I told them I had also ordered boneless wings they said they were out of boneless but could make me some bone-in wings if I wanted- another 5 minutes (which I didn’t have). They offered a cash refund for the missing wings, which I took. I was told they wanted to give me a free pizza coupon but that they couldn’t find them… This makes 5 times that we’ve ordered from this Casey’s and we’ve had 6 issues! Edit 2/27/25: decided to try it again- same story… came in 1/2 hour after ordering (when the website said it would be done), hasn’t gone in yet. Gonna need another 15 minutes… This...
Read moreOur family has always been a big fan of Casey's pizza. We moved from a town that had the best Casey's pizza around and expected a similar experience. While the pizza, in taste, is just as good at this Casey's, 80% of the time they get the order wrong. Last time I ordered a large half pepperoni, half cheese and a small pineapple. I got a large ALL pepperoni and a medium pepperoni and pineapple. Huh?! I've never called to complain before even though this has happened many times but I called this time. When I called to tell them the order was wrong, they told me to just bring in my receipt next time I order and they will comp it. How in the world are they going to do that? They never asked my name or anything. Honestly i just think they need to teach the kitchen staff how to read the orders and there would be no issues. Maybe we should just order cheese pizzas from here on out. But who knows, knowing our luck they will be pepperoni...
Read morePretty regular Casey's, but don't bother trying to get a car wash here. It does a mediocre job on even a mildly dirty car. Furthermore, it's basically never open, so if you don't notice it's closed and you buy it with your gas, it'll likely expire before you are by there again and it's actually open. Seventy percent chance you're just donating $10 to Casey's.
Update: Got a refund on that carwash back then. Decided to give it one more try May 2025. No dice. They used to put up a big sign when it was closed, so I didn't have even worry. Sign wasn't up, so I went ahead and got one with my gas. Got to the wash station and the screen says closed. Tried to go 5-6 more times and always closed. Donated another $13 to the Casey's No Car Wash fund. No more chances...
