Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Andover

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. ORDERED A LARGE ORDER FOR MY FAMILY WITH BUFFALO WINGS. THEY PROVIDED COLD CHICKEN WINGS WITH NO SAUCE. THEY DIDNT PROVIDE THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF WINGS. SUPPOSED TO BE 8 AND RECEIVED 7! PABLO SAID TO DRIVE 20 MINUTES BACK AND HE WILL PUT SAUCE ON THE COLD CHICKEN WINGS. HE THEN FOLLOWED WITH TELLING ME THAT I COULD USE THE EXTRA DIPPING SAICE CONTAINERS. WHEN I ASKED IF I DROVE BACK WOULD HE MAKE NEW WINGS, HE SAID NO. HE DIDNT CARE THERE WERE NOT THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF WINGS, OR THAT THE CHICKEN WAS INSANELY COLD, OR THAT THERE WAS NO SAUCE AND IT WASNT WHAT WE ORDERED! IN SHOCK, I REMINDED HIM THEY WERE COLD AND NO SAUCE. HE FLAT OUT SAID IT WASNT HIS PROBLEM! HE WAS RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND VERY COMBATIVE, YELLING AT ME. I RECORDED THE CONVERSATION. PABLO CLAIMS TO BE A MANAGER, HE SHOULDNT BE. ADDITIONALLY, BASED ON THE TEMPERATURE OF THE CHICKEN AND HOW IT CAME OUT, I AM NOT SURE THEY COOKED IT PROPERLY AND I DO NOT THINK ITS SAFE TO EAT! I HAVE PICTURES AS WELL. WHEN I ASKED FOR HIS MANAGER HE SAID HIS NAME IS LUKE AND WILL BE IN TOMORROW AND WILL NOT DO ANYTHING IN REGARDS TO THIS ORDER! I WILL BE NOTIFYING THE LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER DEPARTMENT THAT NEEDS TO EXAMINE THE SAFETY OF THE FOOT THIS RESTAURANT. I order from here regularly. About half the time, they deliver normally, and everything is fine. For the majority of the rest of the time, they are a little slow, or have some problem, but it isn't serious. But twice now, I have ordered, the website has given me confirmation that the order is being made, and then suddenly the order disappears. There's no message, they don't contact you, the tracker just stops running and they never come. On it's own this would be annoying, but this time when I called the man on the other end insisted they don't deliver at this time. I don't object to odd hours, and I don't even object to the website being wrong, because that's out of their control, but I have ordered to my current location at this time before. Beyond that, if somebody makes an order you can't meet, the solution isn't ever to say, "Welp, cancel the order, don't tell them anything, and assume there won't won't be trouble, and if they do call, lie about the practices you've used in the past. That's customer service!" The only reason I'm not giving them one star is that they are usually capable of completing orders, so they don't quite deserve one star, but still, they need to...

I loved dominos so much until today. I ordered a pizza at 7pm and I never got it I called twice to see where my pizza was and they kept saying that they went and they rang the door bell and they called me. I was waiting for this pizza since 7pm and it was already 10pm. They claimed that they called me and rang the door bell but why would I ignore it if I was waiting for this pizza since 7pm. Then I called again and they said that they were busy and that they were not able to deliver my order. So they said if I picked it up I would get it for free. When I showed up the guy was being extremely rude to me and he said I would have to pay for it. I told him that I wanted my pizza because they told me I would get it free. And then they tried to blame me for no opening the door, when they never even delivered it. The owner or manager was there and she was in the back not helping at all. The guy was being extremely mean to me and the owner just ignored it. Then they said that they would make my pizza but that they would never deliver to the place that I work at ever again.
