The front counter girl, Lindsay was wonderful. She came right over when we walked in and was so pleasant. We told her it was our first time in and she went over the menu with us and told us some of the favorite dishes. The Owner, Jenny came out and started chatting with us. She was lovely, very informative of how they get their products and only order top products. We ordered the lemon rice with parsley that was so fragrant and delicious. We also ordered the meatball sub that was very good. Meatball not to dense or to loose. Just right. Very tasty as was the roll it came on. Jenny through in a half salad (beet salad) that had nuts, strawberries, cucumbers and came with a delicious vinaigrette. Next time and there will be a next time, we are planning on trying the humus with pita and the falafel. Menu was huge and had something for everybody. The atmosphere is very pleasant and welcoming with beautiful custom made wood tables....

Shocking Experience – Unprofessional and Unacceptable Behavior: Accusing a Customer of Fraud Recently, my daughter placed a food order through Grubhub, but the order was canceled with a message stating that the restaurant was no longer supported on the platform. My wife then went in person, ordered the same items, paid for them, and returned later to pick them up. To our disbelief, the person at the counter accused her of attempting fraud and even threatened to report her to the police. This accusation was completely baseless, deeply insulting, and entirely inappropriate. We are appalled by the treatment she received. We found ourselves in Andover, MA this Saturday. I was pulled in by the mention of a meatballs and vodka sauce. My husband ended up getting the meatball sub and I got the SUPER FABULOUS grilled cheese which lived up to it’s name. Gruyere, fig, prosciutto, and pears. We found ourselves having such a delightful time in the cozy atmosphere that I ordered a peppermint latte for dessert. The owner chatted with us about where we were from and complimented our antique auction finds, gave us advice on our first home - it felt like we were at a friend’s house.
