Sat at the order spot for a while on the left side. Line was working fine until we got to that spot. Finally yelled hello after two more vehicles in the right order line got their order taken and went forward. There was originally no body behind me or on the other side ordering. Then when I finally got the ladies attention that oh hey there is somebody here she continued to give out poor customer service by not giving me attention to order. Kept repeating everything or saying what was that and could hear her talking to someone because headset was on still. Very rude and we will never go back there. I can speak because I've worked drive through before and know how it goes and everything was not done in a respectful way towards a paying customer. "I'm just telling you....I put it in there, so I know it was in there." was her response. Sure enough. The original person helping us found it somewhere ridiculous. So she had made it, but never got it to the bag. Before you get defensive, take look around. I'll go to the other Andover location...

‘I had no idea your coffee was freshly ground!”
‘Many people comment that our coffee tastes like fresh ground.”
‘Wait. What?”
“Will that be all this morning?”
“Um, I guess so.”
‘Please pull forward. We’ll repeat your order three more times before you drive away realizing we forgot your...
