Cpl Rays Coffee - Andrews — Restaurant in Andrews

This WAS a really great place to stop by in the mornings to get coffee, but in the last few weeks their service has really gone downhill.

For a single coffee your wait will easily be 15min+, for a multiple order then that changes to easily 20min+ To make it even worse they usually get most, if not all your order wrong if it has any additions to it.

And I'm not only referring to fancy drinks, but simple coffee; they never get creams/sugars right- and that's if they don't just skip cream/sugars all together and just give you black coffee.

As far as those types go, it's honestly better to get McDonald's coffee because they will atleast put what you ask rather then send you off with plain coffee that most likely you don't keep what you requested on hand (and the reason you went to a coffee shop in the first place).

The only item I've found that the staff usually gets right is the "Ray Ray's mocha", and it's still great although make sure your not in a hurry to get anywhere when you go

I was harsh in my previous post. I have been coming here for a while. This is the best place to get coffee and the service has always been kind, even the day I complained. As mentioned before, multiple trips most days. Even if going to Miland or Odessa, I stop in here first since they are better than Starbucks. I used to love the Andrews location. Apparently their blades aren't working well for their frozen drinks. I ordered my usual but it was watery and white so mostly milk products not coffee. When I called they said they are adding more milk because their blenders aren't working properly. She told me I could come back and she would add more coffee. That won't fix the watery aspect. However, my frozen blend yesterday was fine. My 2 stops a day will no longer be happening until I'm told new blenders have been purchased so my regular order will be...

Really disappointed! Stopped in to get a drink for my mom and I and they weren’t really busy 3 other customers inside and a few cars in the line. Came in ordered and as we were waiting another employee came in and went to the back and had family/kids with her and she goes and makes drinks. Cool helping move the process along. Nope makes herself and two kiddos their drinks as you have paying customers waiting over 10-15 min for two drinks. Then go to restrooms and no toilet paper while other employees (cashier) is just chillin. Have issue with this. As a customer of keeping it local and never having this issue in Odessa or midland and then coming here where it originated. Really disappointed and probably will not come back or recommend this location.
