Creepy, ghost-town feel inside and out. Completely empty, not very clean. Soda fountain out of order.
Young man saw me up front wanting a takeout order just kept looking at me as he worked, no "hello, how are you, I'll be right with you" or let another employee know I needed assistance, walked away to the back for a while, the other employees backs were turned the whole time and it was loud so I called out, "is anyone going to help me?" The other employees thought it was an employee so they looked at each other and then kept working. The young man came back and said "one second ma'am" I understand being busy but at least say hello I'll be right with you.
And then he told me I had to order through the app that he can't place an order on the front computer.... the heck. If that's your business model, that's freaking insane. discourages people from actually coming to your business, which can't be good for any business. Why would you make it difficult for people to give u their money?
Was going to give 3 stars because I hoped the food would be good, but I waited so long and when he gave it to me it was cold. Other customers were confused and frustrated, too, asking if he they could maybe order since he ignored everyone else too.
When I was a kid pizza hut had "kids free on Tuesdays" and would bring in a face painter, balloon twister. They had jazz playing and cartoon network on. Completely different than the experience I had today.
This business will be gone really soon if you don't get better management, training, pleasanter atmosphere and fun promos and events to get people in your door, plus make it easier for people to order and give u their money instead of saying they can't order except through the app! 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️

After continuously getting hung up on...I finally placed my order was put on hold to transfer to a different employee to get my card info then got hung up on again finally went online paid $71.83 then here I am 2 hours after I ordered still no food the store is now closed so I can't get ahold of anyone door dash (who they use for delivery) has been extending the eta for over 30 minutes but the store closed an hour ago so it's looking like they took my money and my food. Now I'm going to have to go up there tomorrow to try to get my money back and because it's on the card I won't see that money for about a week. This store is a rediculously mismanaged, unprofessional, mess of a restaurant. Save your time and money go somewhere else!!!
Update: I replied giving details of my order and wasn't responded to they probably just replied to the review to try to save face. But here I am 2 weeks after my order, there has been no refund and no attempt to make it right. Read moreWe place our order online and was given a delivery time of 41 minutes, 38 minutes later they called to tell us that the ONLY thing on our order they had was a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi. NO pasta, NO calzone, NO pizza roles but if I wanted chicken (which I don't eat) they did have that. Thanks for NOTHING and I do mean NOTHING. And to make matters worse they acted like I should have known that they didn't have ANYTHING on their menu. Go ANYWHERE but there.
