Worst drive-thru fast food experience I've ever had. After placing our order we pulled up to the drive-thru window and of course they ask us to pull forward which my son gladly did. 15 minutes later I decided to get out and ask where our food was the young lady basically told me that one of their friars went out and they had to warm up new Grease and it would be another 4 minutes before our food was ready. So it took us a total of 20 minutes to go through a fast food restaurant drive-thru. Now we had ordered the new chicken sandwiches that everyone is making these days and when I got home I was terribly disappointed. Enough to where I made a phone call back up to the restaurant, talk to the same young lady and she told me she would gladly give me a refund or issue me store credit. I asked for a refund and she said I would have to come back to the Hardee's that night to get it. After driving back up there, I showed her a picture of the chicken sandwich. I asked her if that looked anything like the picture on the menu. She said no, they have had several complains about the size of the chicken. I said it was more like a chicken tender, than a breast. I gave her my receipt and the CC we used. She walked away and returned a few minutes later and asked where the food was. I said you did not tell me to bring the food back.
So long story short, Hardee's not only wasted my time in the drive-thru, I drove all the way back up there for nothing.
So my advice, look at this picture of what we received and stay away...
Read morecame to hardee’s with my boyfriend to get breakfast in the drive thru, our receipt was printed at 10:21, we’ve paid and everything, 10:44 and we are still waiting in the parking lot to be given our food. everyone who had ordered or hadn’t ordered left the line as we’ve been sitting here for over 20 minutes, there has been 4 people and my boyfriend who have now went inside to complain because all of us have been waiting for 15+ minutes for our food that has already been paid for. one man was left at the pick up window for 15+ minutes and he was continuously knocking on the window and nobody came. the girl working the drive thru was also the only one bringing orders out, watched another girl come and take a smoke break and sit on her phone as we’re all sitting here waiting for our food. absolutely ridiculous to be waiting for 30 minutes for 4 biscuit sandwiches, some hash rounds, and french toast. as i’m finishing this it’s 10:51 and we still haven’t been refunded or given our order and i just watched the girl at the drive thru come back for the first time...

Pulled in to place my order, and Sadly I heard the girl on the mic making displeasure AGH... sounds...A I guess my order of 40.00 was too big, rushing me to get my order. I pulled up to the window, waited at least 3 minutes for Her to take my card and instructed me to pull up where She was bringing the order. Waited 15+ minutes and decided to back up to the window to ask for an update... She looked at me and slowly walked to the windows and asked me " WHAT??? very rude and uneducated way to respond to a client. forget about the client... a person, YOU DON'T TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY!!! I asked for a refund, took Her another few minutes and offered me cash instead of a card refund. WAIT I was about to leave and She goes like " give me my drink back" I said of course, Thank You and hope you get a better day.
A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger. The tongue of the wise adorns knowledge, but the mouth of the fool gushes folly.
