Delicias Restaurant is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were enveloped by a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The vibrant decor and lively music set the perfect backdrop for a delightful dining experience.
We started our meal with a Pina Colada and a Michelada, both of which were refreshing surprises! The Pina Colada was perfectly blended, with just the right amount of sweetness and a tropical flair that transported us straight to a beach paradise. The Michelada was equally impressive, boasting a perfect balance of flavors that made it a standout choice.
Now, let’s talk about the food. The authentic Mexican cuisine at Delicias is simply exceptional. Each dish we tried was bursting with flavor and made with fresh ingredients. The tacos were a highlight—filled with tender meat and topped with vibrant salsas that added a delightful kick. The enchiladas were rich and satisfying, and the guacamole was some of the best I’ve ever had!
What truly sets Delicias apart, though, is the exceptionally friendly staff. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. Their recommendations were spot on, and they made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal.
The overall vibe of the restaurant is fantastic. It’s the kind of place where you want to linger, sip on your drinks, and soak in the lively atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for a casual dinner with friends or a special night out, Delicias Restaurant is the perfect spot.
I can’t recommend Delicias enough! If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by—you won’t be...
Read moreI hate even writing this review, but I think it's necessary.
We went here because our normal Mexican restaurant was closed while repaving the parking lot.
Service: First the good, our waiter was very nice. The service was slow, but it seems like they only had one waiter and one runner.
Now the ugly...
Atmosphere: Walking into the restaurant, we noticed it smelled stale and like old cleaners and old water. The ceiling around the AC vents was dirty and the menus felt dirty and sticky.
Food: The tortilla chips they gave us tasted like they had been cooked in old oil and the salsa was average. There was nothing that made it seem like their own salsa. I could have been from a jar.
I would give a review on the meal but we didn't eat it and here is why: when the food got to us it looked great. However, before taking a bite, my wife looked at the lettuce on her dish and noticed something...there was a tiny baby cockroach. Luckily, she hadn't taken a bite or we would be talking about cleanup.
When we showed the waiter, he was very understanding, apologized immediately, and didn't charge us.
I want every small to business to succeed and with a deep cleaning and fumigation, I am sure this place would have been good. Unfortunately, we will...
Read moreTHE BEST MEXICAN FOOD in town. If you know you know. There’s only a few REAL Mexican food places with authentic Mexican cuisine. Not tex mex, although they do offer that for people who don’t really know what they like in terms of real Mexican food (Comida Casera tradicional). This place had seen its share of different owners and I normally would go to Fiesta Tacos, which is now Delicias (this restaurant). I have been going here close to its opening day and I have NOT had a bad meal. The salsa is the traditional red tomato American salsa, but they also have salsa verde and roja (for your actual meal & it is plenty of spicy). The owners have done a pretty good job at restoring the place, slowly but surely. There is outdoor seating (+ during COVID times), the plates and silverware are fine, the chips are great, the food is AMAZING, they have aguas frescas, tortillas hechas a mano(hand made corn tortillas), alcoholic drinks and I have also had take out orders and mine have NEVER been messed up. I don’t know why people are complaining. This is my go to spot for dinner. I love it. You should try it! So much better than mi casita or mi Cancun,...
