Always love to cousins pizza itās always been great the last couple times weāve been in there itās not been that great the food still good but the service is terrible we went this past Saturday 2-13 -2020 after my grandsonās basketball game in Angier we live in Garner and always after the basketball game we take the grandkids to eat pizza there was one waitress working and no one had a mask on not even the cook the two guys in the back the girl that was waiting on us we also seen her come out of the bathroom and not wash her hands and not counting it took them forever to get us our food then when she did bring the food she just said here she never wants come back and ask us for refills I also told the waitress young lady that I was going to place an order to go for when I leave she said OK Iāll take your order in a minute she never ever came back to our table family we got up and went to the desk and asked to pay for food and order food to go order I wasnāt even gonna do that but I also had family that asked me to pick up their order and drop it off to them we never got a refill she didnāt barely talk to us at all she had a attitude not get in I guess he went on break she was sitting over there on a computer I heard them talking that she was taking a quiz and no one even bothered to come and see if we were OK while we were there it was just absolutely ridiculous The service was absolutely terrible I have never been to two cousins and been so disappointed as we were Saturday but like I said about a week before that we had stopped in there and the service wasnāt that great but this past Saturday was really bad we spent $42 and we even still left a tip even though we felt like she didnāt deserve it even the guys in the back acted like they didnāt want to help us and the really sad part of the whole thing when we went in there there was like two other customers and they had left after we had been there like five minutes we were the only two people in there there was no reason for no one not to wait on us and make us wait it wasnāt like they were...

I paid over the phone with my credit card and a lady answered me my order would be to my house within an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. Patiently I Waited for 1 hour all the way to an hour and 55 minutes. After waiting long enough I call the restaurant to request a refund. Lo and behold the person to answer the phone stated my order was never placed. I was having a difficult time processing that especially since I provided the woman with my credit card number. I was confused as to why someone would take my credit card and said they placed an order when they did not. So of course I was trying to clarify things with the gentleman on the phone. He had the audacity to tell me he would look for my credit card number somewhere assuming the lady wrote it down and placed at some random place in the restaurant. Seriously what is that who does that and what type of professional business does that? It sounds very suspicious to me and to make things worse the nerve of him to tell me he was busy pretty much just blowing off the situation. I don't know of anyone that would be happy with providing their business with their credit card number to find out it was written down on a piece of paper and employees are not sure of its placement. So I am not sure who now has access to my credit card, and he acted like it was no big deal. That is the worst customer service I can imagine. If that was his credit card he would have not been so nonchalant about the situation. Now I am concerned and will have to monitor my account because of their non professionalism. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe had Two Cousins Pizza in Angier cater to our sons 18th bday this past Saturday evening. We ordered 5 cheese, 4 veggie, 3 bbq chicken pizzas, 220 chicken wings, 100 garlic knots, salad for 25 and all the sauces and dressings were included. Josh-the owner gave us a very good rate and delivered all the food on time and still hot/warm. Everyone asked where we got the food and said they enjoyed it very much. The only negative was that our veggie pizzas all had olives on them when I specifically requested no olives. So with only one family really liking olives, they took home 3 1/2 pizzas. I was a little bummed and so was my mom as that was the pizza we both liked-but despise olives. You canāt just pick them off either-because they are so strong and leave a lingering taste. Still-there was plenty of food to go around that evening. I had one piece of cheese pizza and really enjoyed the taste. The sauce was a bit sweet verse being so acidic which I enjoyed. I didnāt get an upset tummy from eating it as I often do from dairy. So that was a plus! The next day I texted the owner and told him about the mix-up on the veggie pizza. He was so kind and accommodating that he actually refunded a nice chunk of cash back for āhis mistakeā as he called it. He owned up to that and was very professional, accommodating and truly a nice human being. We will go back to dine in the future and have them to cater any event in the future where we will want pizza and wings! Thank you again for a great experience.
