Very small but elaborate display of gourds crafted into many different musical instruments, animals, people, and carriages. There are also seasonal and holiday themed gourds on display. The entire museum is in the public library and is usually open, just check in with staff before entering.
Mr. Johnson was certainly fascinated with his gourds and made sure that others could enjoy in his enthusiasm. The museum is very cute and whimsical to see, and certainly a wonderful and entertaining piece of local history.
