More than half of the card readers are broken and have been for at least 2 years. I always end up with wrong orders and burnt food. One day I sent back 7 corn dogs bc every single time they came out black. My daughter used to work there and there's a reason she no longer does. Some of the managers will take tips if a customer walks out on an order which only happens bc their card readers don't work so the carhops have to go back inside and some customers know this so they will give fake cards or cards that don't work so they can leave without paying. It is illegal to take that from their drawer/tips. They have the car hops double and triple scan to boost their numbers and money gets crossed bc they don't always have the car hop who scanned take out all the orders they scanned for. They violate multiple child labor laws and regular labor laws. After the incident where they stole my daughters tip money due to a customer who left without paying and I reported it to the DM they only worked her one day a week for 5hrs for another almost year. When my daughter went in to tell them she was quitting the GM said "Awesome!" To a 15year old. Robert was a fantastic manager and even told my daughter the other managers were doing illegal things. I spoke with the District Manager multiple times. Eventhough she was aware some of the managers were doing illegal things it's amazing they still work there. Zero repercussions at all. This store is a joke. At least twice a week others are posting their burnt food, wrong orders and other issues in our community groups. My daughter also told me they cheated on the summer competition to win an award they didn't deserve to make themselves look better and that the managers who did so were very vocal about it. Read moreI had gotten an interview at this Sonic and had to reschedule once which they said was okay if I needed to the first initial contact with them and said to call if I needed to and I did. They then scheduled it for 10am today. To avoid having to walk an hour I rode with my stepdad at 6:30am and went to go job searching while I waited. I then called after an hour and the manager that was supposed to interview me told me that there was a truck she had to do.... and asked to reschedule till 1pm. First, why did I get scheduled at 10am if they knew there was a truck?? Poor management that's why. And second, she even said I could reschedule for the next day if I wanted. I said I guess 1pm. It then became way too hot for me to just be walking around for 6 hours just for 1 interview. So I walked an hour home after already waiting until 10am, the actual time i was SUPPOSED to have the interview which they chose the time for in the first place. I then called to be greeted by a rude and full of attitude manager after I called to ask for it to just be rescheduled until tomorrow since the manager I first talked to said that would be okay and got told "show up today or move along" I do not suggest supporting this place or...
Read moreI don’t usually review a restaurant, but sonic needs to step up! They sent a kid out to give me my food and he looked as if he didn’t know what was going on. There was a issue with my food and he asked me if we should buzz in to talk to someone about it instead of going inside himself. On top of that they made another order of what I needed and still got it wrong. I ordered a chicken dinner and I only got chicken strips. I’ve been here for about 20 minutes trying to get my order correct! I just want my bread and gravy that comes with the chicken dinner. Sonic needs to really think about how they train everyone here. All they have is kids who don’t know what’s going on or what to do. I miss when I was in school 8 years ago when you order something it comes out right the first time.
