Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Angleton

If it were possable to give less than one star i would. I went through the drive through on my way home from work. Ordered spicey chicken strips and red beans and rice. Asked for blackened ranch and ordered an apple pie. I drive the twenty minutes home to eat. Open my order and no red beans and rice. French fries instead. Plain stips, not spicey. And my biscuit is crumbled up. So i call the store to speak to the manger. The first one says that i would have to drive back to town and exchange the food. I don't want to drive another 45 minutes round trip. I just got done working 11 hours. So i speak to the store manager. He says i would have to drive back and bring the receipt, tonight. Again i don't want to drive to town and back. They wouldnt do like every other fast food restaurant in the countey when they mess up your order, and take your name. So on your next trip in they would comp your next meal. So i will never be going to this restaurant ever again. I would suggest you...

So let me ask this. If u order for example a number 1, u expect the meal correct? Cause if it's just a sandwich u are wanting u'd say hey I want the sandwich not a number or is it just me? Cause I came here, there was a long wait in line at the drive thru, I ordered 3 number 1's with the mango lemonade chilled, and a number 3 same drink. When I leave and get home I see there's no fries at all after telling them Mardi gras mustered for my fries. So I go back they look up my order and say u didn't order these. I said I ordered numbers which is combo meals so I'm not understanding how I didn't order them. I had to end up buying the fries which is Ludacris after paying almost $40 already for the combo meals I didn't get. Then when I tried to report it on the app, I realized they never gave me a receipt so I couldn't upload the issue. Moral of story, check ur bags before...

Once again, went through the drive through to receive an incorrect order. This was after being made to sit outside for 10 minutes for the one order they got incorrect (it was not a custom order, just a spicy chicken with red beans and rice). I get that fast food is busy and I understand the lady that served us really didn't want to be there based on her attitude. I've worked fast food and it sucks. But really... how hard is it to read an order and put the right things in the bag? I can forgive once or twice, but a third time is pushing it.
