Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Angola

FIRST IMPRESSION I ordered off the app and the staff NEED to pay ATTENTION to how the order is placed because things were made how they come when I specifically unselected certain items and added and payed for others my husband wanted double meat and there were literally 6 small chunks of steak in his bowl. For 1.99 more :/ also the cheese sauce was 3.49 and it was so SALTY we literally threw it in the garbage. We each took one bite and you could not eat it. Now the tacos Funkmeister we got with carnitas were DELICIOUS we just got meat beans cilantro and onion and the fried tortilla and let me tell.you it was almost like eating at a street vender in Mexico they were amazing. The Homewrecker burrito was meh...again ordered double meat and there wasn't double. It had great flavor meat had wonderful seasons all very fresh lettuce was not wilted. They gave us two huge bags full of chips but NO SALSA. For a first time visit impressed with the flavor and quality definitely will try it again just know now what to specifically ask for. We spent $36 and it would have totally been worth it had the order been made exactly how we asked....

This Moes is usually pretty good. Tonight was awful. Our family came in at 7:30 after soccer practice and they had the griddles shut down and told my husband he couldn’t get a burrito because the griddles are cleaned and closed so they couldn’t make anything that was hot. My husband walked away. I asked for sauce for my home wrecker bowl and she told me sauces are over there pointing to the sauce station by the pop machine lol I told her no I wanted the Vinaigrette sauce that is right there, also sauces were packed up and they didn’t seem to want to give those away either. We were going to dine in but didn’t feel welcome to at all, when they asked if we were dining in we said we’d like to and they replied with well we close at 8. So we took the few things we got and left. Seriously need an adult in there with all these kids. Yikes. Won’t ever come back unless it’s for lunch. Still left a couple dollar tip because I guess they are kids and at the very least showed...

I ordered catering for 15 people from this location - specifically a taco bar. I was very excited about this event and had a very easy ordering process and the location was VERY responsive to all emails during the planning process. Overall, the food was great, but they forgot to include the tortillas (obviously a main part of the meal). My group was disappointed and had to make nachos instead (which was not what we planned). I reached out to the this location afterwards asking for a little money back (or at least an apology?) and suddenly the email address that was once SO responsive, stopped responding entirely. I still have not heard back at all after following up a couple of times. This incident was in mid-January and it has now been 5 weeks with no response. Unfortunately, this has left a sour taste and I will probably never return to the location. Double check ALL bags before allowing them to carry it to your car - save yourself...
