After my most recent visit, I feel compelled to write this review. I came to the drive thru this evening and I even drove around the building because it didn't look open. I went to the drive-thru and ordered a #1 without cheese with lettuce and mayo only. After I said that, I was told to hold on and I did until she told me she was ready. I finished my order by telling her that what I wanted to drink and a small chili as well. (The way I ordered was to get the burger, fries, drink and chili) I paid at the window with my debit card and waited for the girl to give me my order. When she gave me the bag, I asked if the chili was in the bag because I have been there on a different occasion and they've forgotten to give me a chili before when I've ordered it. I then discover that she substituted the fries for the chili and that is not what I ordered. She of course apologized and while I wasn't happy about it I said that's okay because I didn't want to hold up the line and it was snowing out and I wanted to get home.
On the way home, I took a bite of my burger only to find that they put cheese on it when I asked for no cheese. By now, I'm very annoyed because I've worked in fast food as a teenager and I have worked in customer service my entire working life. I called the local store and asked to speak to the manager and told them what happened. She offered for me to come back tomorrow to replace the burger, but I told her that the girl at the window didn't give me a receipt for my transaction and how would I even prove that I was the one who called. So all she told me was that she would talk to the team member who was at the window.
This is a complete disappointment. I do not eat out a lot and when one can order their fast food a certain way, that's what should be given. I do not believe my "special order" was too complicated or demanding. I also really like the Wendy's burger, but with service like I just received tonight, I will likely give my business to another location and will not be returning to the...

The woman, Sue RM who later identified herself as the manager gave us our order which included 2 of the 4 for 4 meals. as I drove around the east end of the building my wife checked our order to find they did not make her sandwich correctly, then she discovered they did not give us any nuggets or fries. I couldn't get into the front door to show them the order was not correct, it was locked. Back around to the drive thru to wait again after telling the young lady that they had our order all messed up. Once at the window we explained the problem, Sue RM got very rude and said she could refuse us service which was already paid for. My wife asked her to refund our money, Sue said she couldn't because it was a mobile order. Our sandwiches were remade since mine was now cold. But Sue still did not give us our fries or nuggets. When I asked about them she claimed she had given them to us, like we were trying to steal fries and nuggets. I asked about her claim about refusing service to us, Sue said she could. I asked how she could do that when I already paid for the meals. She gave us a bag with the nuggets and fries but it was all spilled in the bag like she threw it in. Read moreFor this location, I would give their service 0 stars. The workers were very rude. My uncle and I went for lunch today and ordered 2, 4 for 4's. As we were ordering my uncle did not want the drink. The worker on the speaker said,"You HAVE to order a drink, it comes with the meal." My uncle is 71 years old. He said once more that he didn't want the drink. Finally the employee on the speaker said," I apologize sir." We proceeded to the window, this was the worst part. The employee at the window tried to give my uncle 2 drinks. He replied with," I did not order the other drink." And again another employee replied with," It comes with the meal." My uncle told her," I do not want the other drink, you can give it to someone else." The emplyee then rolled her eyes at my uncle and slammed the window shut. When we got our meal he asked if both of the meals were in the one bag. She then again, slammed the window in his face.
