I had a wonderful experience today! I was greeted upon entering by Arcelia. Her name tag identified her as the team leader and I think that’s a great choice of leadership. There was a disabled woman ahead of me who required some repetition and extra time as she ordered, Arcelia was very kind and patient and didn’t patronize her. As the family member of a disabled person who also needs extra time to order etc, I’ve been on the receiving end of less-than-stellar service. Read moreThis is not a negative post, I went through the drive through and my food got messed up( people make mistakes) I came in to let them know and when I tell you I haven't had better customer service in my 31 years on this earth. A man greeted me at the door and asked what happened, I told him and he immediately took me to the front and had them make everything fresh for me and let me keep the original food! While i was waiting the manager came up and handed me a free concrete mixer coupon and told me she was so very sorry for the mistake and that she wanted to make it up to me.
