I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for a couple of years now. They had what I thought to believe the best wings in town until this evening. I had an order of about 80 wings and spent $116 only to have to toss the wings myself and then didnt receive the 2 rubs that was supposed to be on 40 of the wings. I called at least 10 times to have no one answer, angry I drove back to the restaurant to have a manger tell me " 80 wings is alot of wings, so the kitchen staff didn't have the time to toss them. What do you want? Do you just want the sauces? This order is to large to comp." Given no resolution we got to drive home to cold food and have to do the work ourselves to the wings. I am absolutely appalled at their customer service never have I had such a terrible dining experience.
I would like to thank the owner Will for taking care of this. I was very impressed by his quick follow up with this review. After speaking with him on the phone he gave us a full refund and spoke with his staff. I was left feeling like my business truely mattered to him and my husband and I continue to be loyal customers to the Cabaret. Salad was a salad, but the garlic parmesan dressing tastes more strongly of garlic than popping a raw clove in your mouth. And the pizza. Imagine the cheapest college dining hall you've ever been to, and this is still somehow worse. It made me crave a Jack's or Tombstone - something you could get for under $5 in the frozen section at a grocery store. Crust, sauce, cheese, toppings, all underdone and bland. I would eat a lunchable pizza before ordering theirs again. We came at very slow time, shortly before the kitchen closed for lunch, and still waited 10 minutes for the server to check on us. Read moreI ordered food online, it said pick up in 20 minutes. I arrived in 25 minutes, thinking that would be nice to give them extra time. I walked in to one patron in the entire establishment, and two workers. When I have my name they said it would be another 5-10 minutes. After I got my food 30 minutes after so was supposed to, the female bartender with a darkened teeth ( not trying to be rude, but I want management to know who it was) said thank you with a obviously sarcastic tone. I didn’t say thank you because I wasn’t grateful for the slow service. She said,” or not”. Are you serious? I didn’t complain, tell, or anything. I just took my food and left.
