I've been to this location many of times and every time the food is either gross or something is forgotten so I couldn't help but leave a review this time. First of all, I work in the restaurant industry so it takes a lot to get me to write a bad review. I know that there are many factors that can contribute to a bad experience so I wait till it's apparant and consistent. I'm particular about having chopsticks with noodles and Asian/Chinese food in general and I would say about 8 times out of 10 they don't give me any when I request some every time. I asked in the drive through AND at the window. This particular time I ordered a lot of food and immediately worried my eyes were bigger than my stomach but with the quality being so awful I'm glad now that I did or I wouldn't be full. The noodles were about 80% cabbage (not an exaggeration) and I rarely eat the cabbage so most of it went to waste. The beef and broccoli was clearly old had no bite or crunch to it, completely soft broccoli (which was funny cause I assumed I'd be getting fresher food with the line being somewhat long) and the beef was so gross to the point I almost stopped eating right away. Felt like I was eating cat food that had been quickly put in the microwave. It wasn't any better than a cheap tv dinner. It was super fatty and mushy too. But I hadn't eaten all day so...hopefully I don't get food poisoning. The orange chicken was pretty much a big blobby mush and mostly dark meat chicken, not a single indivitual peice and nothing bite size which to me was super strange. The wontons weren't cooked enough and had no crunch also making them super bland. I had to cover them in soy sauce and use the (half filled) sweet and sour just to get through them. The veggie rolls were the best part and even then it was my first and last time ordering those. Crispy outside, mushy inside. Also no napkins at all. And the ice from the tea was completely melted before I even made it home. It's safe to say I won't be having panda express any time soon and probably never returning to this location. Read moreI LOVE panda express. I am always in the mood to get some panda's. I'm in love with their fried rice and orange chicken. So it brings me a heavy heart to say that this location is consistently lack luster on food quality. The first time I went to this location, I immediately noticed a drop in quality compared to other places. The rice felt a little under cooked/hard, with almost no taste, and the orange chicken is a disappointment due to its soggy nature. This is my local panda express, so if I'm getting some panda, its from here. Rarely will I ever have an order from here that is comparable to other locations, because it is SUCH a palpable, and consistent, difference.
One day, I decided to place an order at the Anna location, and then go to a McKinney location the next, to see if there really was a difference or if I was just making it up. And let me tell you, the difference was enormous. The complaints I had were quite real, and my criticism was valid, because the food was IMMACULATE coming from the McKinney location (by WinCo Food as a FYI). I shouldn't have to go all the way to McKinney just to grab pandas when there's one 5 minutes away, but sadly that's the truth. I gave this location an honest try for 2 years (or however long its been open for), but enough is enough. If I want a decent panda experience, im gonna have to go to McKinney, because the Anna location is just not worth it. An average Joe might not notice the difference, but a Panda fan will.
Service/workers are fine. They're friendly enough and I haven't had any issues with them before.

Meal got here NO MEAT in the regular plate. Just chow mein. Called asking to get refunded because how do you forget the meat for the meal? And they can’t find our order?? Even though we ordered less than 30 minutes ago. We asked if they wanted the receipt number they said “no we have all the back orders but don’t see your order we remember someone coming to pick it up though. You can come get it remade but that’s all we can do for you” I am 8 months pregnant and ordered on doordash FOR A REASON. I can understand simple mistakes.
