This place has good food but terrible Uber eats service I ordered Uber eats thinking that it was going to be delivered and then I was told 20 minutes after the delivery was supposed to be expected at my house that it had to come and be picked up so I’m from out of town so I don’t have a car so I had to personally call an Uber to pick up my food only to have the Uber. This food truck make look pretty unassuming, but don't sleep on it! Annapolis Gyro serves up some of the best halal platters and shawarma I've had. The veggies are always fresh, the meat is tender and flavorful, the falafel is somehow light but substantial, and everything is truly so good that my household grabs takeout about once a week. Even the rice has a little extra love in it (or cinnamon, but shh...its delicious!). Sam, the proprietor, is a friendly gent who I feel lucky enough to call a friend now. Best lamb gyro in Annapolis, in taste, amount, and in price. French fries are always delicious. Open real late at night, perfect for a 2am dinner--and the quality is still great even that late, so don't worry about that.
