Ledo Pizza — Restaurant in Annapolis

Dined in with my friend at this location for the first time. We ordered a medium pizza - half cheese, half pep & pineapple. the pizza came back with pep and ham & pineapple on it. then they took HALF of it back to fix it. the second time it came out it was pep and ham…… the waiter told me that the pizza would be on them since it was messed up so many times. (they didn’t get the pizza right until the third try). when i got to the register to pay the manager made me pay full price even after my meal was messed up multiple times and we ended up staying in there over an hour. i am so disappointed with this service as it is a go to spot. i will not be returning to this location. the manager witnessed everything and never said a word and still charged me full price for everything. very unprofessional and does not care about...

Called in, order was sort of ready 20 minutes later when I arrived to pick it up. Got a Meat Lover's Calzone and order of kid's Chicken Tenders with fries. When I got there the cashier immediately saw my calzone, but apparently the kid's meal was not done. When she asked the kitchen, they said it had already been prepared. After a minute of polite back and forth between front and back of house they found my tenders were placed with the wrong order. No big deal. The kid like his tender, I liked his other tender and fries. The calzone is great and the rest will be even better for my lunch tomorrow. The food is good. Not much to say about the atmosphere because we typically carry out. The service is nothing short of amazing. We generally visit this establishment when they first open and it’s a young lady (Caucasian, short, looks to be in her 30s) there that’s pretty awesome if you ask me. She has very interpersonal skills. We order there so much that she even addresses us by name and to me that’s great customer service because I know she probably sees a lot of people a day.
