Very disappointed with the customer service for a family-run establishment. My cousin has lived down the street for YEARS and has had nothing but great things to say, but after my experience last night, I will never bring my business back here again. It is down right embarrassing how the employees here treat their customers.
When I went to pick-up my to-go order last night, the girl at the counter was exceptionally rude. I asked if that was everything and she said yes. I noticed that the fried mushrooms I ordered were not there so I told her those were missing. She did not apologize at all, just grabbed the missing box and placed it on top of the pizza boxes. I then asked her if there was salad dressing. Her response was, "I don't know." I was shocked by her answer and when I asked, "you don't know?" she said, "isn't it in there?". I told her it wasn't and she rolled her eyes and went to the back to get me ONE dressing for two big salads. I asked if I can have another one, and she again did not apologize at all and just handed me another one. I then walked over to the counter to get pepper flakes. I noticed there were TONS of shakers on the counter but no containers to put them in. When I walked over to the counter to ask for a container or individual packets, I was told "that isn't allowed". He then went to the gentleman (who I am assuming was the owner) to ask him, and he tells me I have to pay for it. It's not even about paying for the crushed pepper that was upsetting, it was how I was treated as a customer from the moment I walked up to the counter. Read moreI have ordered from them many times and has never had a problem until today. I ordered a pizza @7:09pm on 10/7/17. My pizza did not arrive until 8:49pm. I was told that they were very busy because of the Navy football game and the Boat show. My feelings on that was you should have mention that when I first call and it may have given me another option. That did not happen. When I called back I was told it would be at my home in 7 minutes. That did not happen, it came 40 min after I called. I called back to cancel my order then a knock came to the door. It was my pizza. I'm on the phone with them asking why they did not tell me about the delay because I was trying to feed my 3 yr old grandson before it was time for him to go to bed. They understood how frustrated I was. The guy at the door ashored me that my pizza was still hot. Well it was hot, but not the way I'm use to getting my pizza. It was also burnt which has never happened. The worst thing about this whole situation, all they Only did was say they were sorry and offer no compensation. I had to request them to do something. Never again. Normally I am a happy camper when it comes to their pizza. Because of them, I no longer purchase my pizza from the other companies close too my home. Read moreLiterally by far the worst owner and customer service experience, not only is this man a pizza maker in his own shop but is the rudest there. We order pizza from this shop every week if not every other and tonight was the last time. I ordered a large like we always do and we were unsatisfied with the pizza it was over cooked and not how we ordered it nor did it look like the right size. I called they said bring it back we’ll remake it all after I asked if this was the correct size and make before leaving. I get back to the shop and the owner pulls me to the side while other people are still paying and starts calling me crazy and saying I don’t know what I’m talking about while I’m trying to explain that we always order the same thing and that this isn’t the quality we usually get, I remained calm while he continued to be disrespectful. He literally could have just grabbed the pizza accepted the criticism and allowed me to grab the replacement. He walked out my face with an attitude while saying your pizza is over there at that point I requested a refund. Maybe taking some customer service, anger management would help.
