Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Annville

ENITRE order canceled due to one ingredient from the pasta dish was not available. Discovered it was canceled after trying to check the status on the delivery so you can understand my frustration since this was almost 20 minutes after the order had been placed. When I called to ask why the order was canceled, staff claimed they called to tell me but I had zero missed calls from them. They offered no resolution, were extremely rude and even hung up. I called back and asked for the manager and she was no better. Again, extremely rude and offered no resolution, no apologies, nothing at all. The least they could have done was fulfill the other items from our order. Now we have to wait 2 days for a refund for an order that never was even completed.

We’ve ordered from this store many times in the past but definitely won’t be anymore. Management is rude and doesn’t care about...

Evette Brown was super helpful, professional, caring and patient with me when I visited this Domino’s in Annville PA. I only wanted to use the restroom since the Thrift Store nearby did not have an accessible restroom due to construction. Evette was so friendly I felt like I would see if there was anything healthy/low cal that I could eat. Much to my surprise Yvette explained how I could customize a pie including the dough and toppings. And, because she is a whiz with coupons, she was able to give me a great deal on a larger pie, under $10!!!! She even had the cook cut up the mushrooms since I wanted small pieces. She was so accommodating and friendly, I had to commend her because she really went out of her way for me. The restroom and entire restaurant was immaculate, sparkling clean! This team has some great employees and they obviously work well together...

I ordered free pizza online was told to text here when I got there so when I get there I text here at the drive thru ring the bell three times and wait at least 5 minutes nobody comes I put my flashers on and move to the front of the store waiting another minutes till I seen the last person leave from inside so now the girl answers the phone I'm tired of waiting so I go in a man asked me if I ordered online I said yes he walked away I waited another 5 minutes till girl gets off phone asks my name hands me pizza I will never go to the dominos in annville ever again these where the nudist uncaring people I ever seen in a dominos these people put you in a down mood just going in the store and the girl on the front counter should be fired manager or not shut the place down if you can't find friendly...
