Ernesto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Anthony, NM

So this was our first time here I was with a handicap patient I ordered chilaquiles almost everywhere I go they were so bad that I didn't eat but one bite and sent them back they were taken off the bill and the manager did apologized and said she didn't like the looks of them either and that she would make them personally for me next time I went my only concern was as you have to pretty much go through half the kitchen to get to the bathroom where there are wires and cords all over the floor with no kind of area over them tape rubber anyting so my patient could not even use the bathroom because it was too dangerous for him to enter that area they need to find a different way to get into that bathroom blow a hole out to the restroom wall for all I care but this is not the way...

Terrible customer service. I’ve been going here for years always pleasant experience but yesterday I ordered menudo and this time it was not consistent. It tasted like oregano with no red Chile flavor. Almost like they ran out and added water because the color was so light, I did not eat it and management wanted to argue with me about how NO ONE EVER COMPLAINED ABOUT THEIR MENUDO. I guess I was the first one (which I don’t believe). I understand everyone has different taste buds. As a customer she could have made it right. Instead she put her feelings first and made me pay for something I did not eat. I would have been ok with even a discount for something I did not eat but she made me pay full price....

Ernesto's Restaurant is one of my favorite in town . They have variety of foods to choose. Also very friendly beautiful people both local and customers . Ms.Patsy is my favorite she is wonderful lovely lady who own the place together with her sweet friendly accommodating staff. This place was very inviting .We come... We are greeted with smile. Very delicious foods. Visit here every breakfast and end up being friends to the people around. So If you are looking for a real Mexican food this is a place to be.. You can find authentic Mexican food. Kids friendly and available free...
