Johnny's Market — Restaurant in Antioch

Sandwich was a 5 star. The potato salad was the difference for 5 stars. Don't get me wrong, a different scoop from the newly made batch could be the difference. It's definitely. my new go-to for sandwiches . I think it was about 11 or 12 dollars for both.

I met the owner a few visits past. He is good people. The staff are also. It's the way a business should be run . Honestly, and integrity. Damn son this sandwich was so good! I was working in the area and found this little gem. Ridiculously good sandwich. Was my 1st time here so it took me a minute to figure out the ordering, where to, what to order etc, a bit confusing. There is a few menus on the backside of some plexiglass near the counter that I was able to use. Went with the hot pastrami with pepper jack dressed. Fine sandwich, not overly dressed, proper amount of ingredients to bread ratio. Worth a visit, I think...

Whether it's their locally famous Tri-Tip sandwich, or one of their equally delicious Turkey sandwiches (I get mine with their Hoffman's Smoked Cheddar Cheese), the sandwiches at Johnny's Market are clearly a positive 'Big Step Up'. 💜
