I'll start by saying that the first sip of the cold brew I ordered blew my mind because I wasn't expecting the amazing layers of flavor I experienced dancing on my taste buds. I compare all cold brew to what I brew for myself at home and this comes the closest to reaching the level of flavor I desire from a cup of cold brewed coffee that I've perfected with my own brew. And the service was excellent, very friendly and fast. Obviously if you order some crazy drink that contains 9 different ingredients and barely resembles coffee by the time they're all combined you'll be waiting a bit longer for your beverage but they are very efficient and focused here. It's a small shop in a strip mall in Gold Canyon, AZ. That alone is enough ambience as you're surrounded by desert beauty everywhere you go in this spot not far from Phoenix. Read moreWe decided to step out of our normal coffee routine and try a small business coffee shop- we ordered our drink with extra shots of espresso, and paid that extra money for them , only to still have half of our drink in the mixer after pouring our cups- that means we didn’t get all the extra shots we paid for - we asked if we could have the left over since we paid for those extra shots, the lady said “no we don’t do that anymore” and we replied with “well half of what we paid for is still in the mixer” she said “I sure hope not” and went on to help other customers. The least they could have done was give back whatever we paid for the extra shots we paid for and didn’t get in our drink.
