Subway — Restaurant in Apache Junction

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. The WORST! This is hands-down the worst subway ever. Completely inept employees who lack even basic common sense. I stopped in to get a sandwich at 11 AM on a Sunday afternoon and they have a sign on the door that says credit card machine down... I walk inside and confirm with them that they cannot take credit card. I go down the street and go to an ATM and withdraw $20 and come back in and as I walk in they told me that they cannot except credit card again. I pull out two $10 bills and said that's not a problem I just went and got cash. They then tell me that they can't give me any change because their drawer won't open... Could've use that information in the first place and I would've just left and not returned with cash. Completely wasted 30 minutes of my time and no food either. I told them if they can't take credit card or cash they should just lock their door and say that they are temporarily closed because it would save everyone a lot of time and frustration. Pass forever on...

I will never go to this location again. I ordered for delivery online but once my confirmation went through it said pick up. So I called the store and spoke to Patty numerous times. She said she never received my order so I must have done something wrong. She said there is nothing anyone can do with the online ordering and no one knew anything about it. I told I have the confirmation. She said sorry. I don’t have it. Hung up. ordered Jersey Mike’s from door dash. Then I get a call back from patty saying the order came through. I told her to cance it and she argued with me saying she would just put the order on the board and I could just come in another time and get it. I said no! I leave for Minnesota tomorrow! If I could do no stars I would! Showed up for a quick snack 5 minutes before closing. Granted it was 5 minutes till closing but when I went up to the door at 8:55 the doors were locked and 2 employees were standing at the register. Took them a few minutes to acknowledge I was there and that was one employee walking to the door. He unlocked the door told me they put everything away and were closed and stated it was 8:59 when I pointed out it was 8:57 and I had been waiting here for a few minutes he said well were closed. I then asked the store number he told me 57 and closed the door on me and my 3 year olds face. Never been so disrespected by an employee before in my entire life. Definitely calling corporate today!
