Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Arizona

I’m super irritated and HUNGRY. I ordered online while on a staycation not too far from this location. We arrived late because I worked 10 hours today (4am-2pm) so I’m exhausted too. To preface, my boyfriend drove to pick up this online order. I ordered and paid for the large size popcorn chicken combo, I received a large box not even half full. I counted 13 pieces, 7 were an actual sized popcorn chicken piece and the rest were LITERALLY the size of popcorn. I did not get my coke, none of the sauces I specified, no receipt. I also ordered some chicken sandwiches that were hard as rocks and a small fry instead of a large. At least his son’s order of a grilled cheese was correct…… my boyfriend offered to go into AJ to get me food (at 11pm) but why should he?? It’s his vacation too and he already drove to get an order paid for and ordered correctly (4 bbq sauce, 4 ketchup) now I’m thirsty, hungry and grumpy. Thanks...

I went to the drive through on a date with my terminally ill husband who had not been out of the house for 2 weeks. He has a brain tumor so can take a minute to decide what he wants. After we ordered he decided he would also like a chocolate shake. Instead of changing his drink i thought it would just be easier to add a shake as i could see through the window they had already made up the drinks. So the manager was working the window and when she opened it i asked if we could add a shake.....she was so rude and said that would be another 5 minutes for the shake. What how can it be 5 minutes for a shake? So I said ok nevermind.....she got pissed walked away flinging my 20 dollar bill at another employee. I responded to the new person at the window and said tell her to get a job she likes. I asked for my money back and promptly went up the road to McDonald's where the very nice young man at the window apologized...

I'm not even sure these ignorant people listen to your order. Rude rude rude. I can't even tell you how many times these people have messed up my orders. If it wasn't the only thing in gold canyon to eat breakfast. The bathrooms are gross all the time. Rude Spanish lady can't even speak clear enough to hear her on the mic, this was my last straw. I threw my wrong order back on the counter and walked out today. I don't even want the refund. Trying to get these ignorant people to understand that kind of simple request would be asking to much. Spend the time and get breakfast somewhere else. 5 years of seeing more and more rude ignorant employees hired. All the smart ones leave asap. Fed up and beyond mad one simple thing. NO EGG! Listen or shut this place down. I hope the regional manager emails me again so I can call and complain yet again btw 3rd time this month messed...
