I'll never eat at this Burger King again. Our family has eaten there many many times in the past because it's only about a 10 min drive from our home and convenient. Today is Feb 27, 2021. My wife, daughter and I pulled into the Burger King parking lot at 10:15 to order a breakfast meal. They have a 2 lane drive through system and both were moving very slowly. We were in the inside lane with 2 cars ahead of us. I even, at the time, jokingly commented to my wife, I think they need to move a bit faster because it is a drive through, suppose to be quicker then going in. We reached the speaker to place our order at 10:29. We sat and waited to get service. Waiting there until 10:34 wondering what was going on as to why no one was asking us what we wanted. As we were waiting to give our order the menu changed to the lunch menu. Finally someone answered, asked what we wanted and she was told 2 orders of the fully loaded egg croissant sandwich meals. The lady said we're not serving breakfast anymore and we said ma'am, we've been out here in line waiting for 15 to 20 minutes to place an order. Her response??? Quote " I doubt you were out there waiting for 15 -20 minutes". And then said Quote," You'll have to wait longer then because we just ran out of eggs". I told the lady, that YES we have been out here in line waiting for 15 to 20 minutes, waiting to reach the speaker and when we did reach the speaker no one asked is for our order. Needles to say it floored us on how unprofessional it was and we drive off very upset. What should have been said was, it's not our fault you're so low on getting the vehicles served in a timely matter, but we were to mad and just left. Its now my mission to slander this BK all I can. There was no need of how we were treated. I understand that the menus change, but when you're waiting that long to place an order and then you're called a liar? Read moreI rarely eat fast food; maybe a salad at Wendy's 1 x a yr. Now I remember reasons besides being so unhealthy; keeping Americans more obese than other countries! This drive-thru is extremely x 10 slow. I have been here 1 other time in 3 months. Btw, not 4 me! I was the only car ordering & when I rounded the corner there were only 2 vehicles waiting for their orders. After about 10 minutes, 3 packed bags of food came out for only 2 ppl ( in the car!) I thought OMG! That's a ton of garbage! Another 5 or so minutes for my turn. I paid, they handed me 1 bag of garbage food, & I was gone. Btw, my order was a double whopper (lettuce tomato only), large frys. My order cost about $13!! I can't believe this! I can't afford to eat fast food even if I wanted to! I talked with my family afterwards figuring the price of a family of 4 meals. Probably ordered more than I did too. Just add cheese & a drink x 4 & a family would pay at least $80!! The same family of 4 could dine out at a restaurant with a menu and all the " fixings!" This would include a server, choices of food, including healthy meals. Most restaurants offer different diet plans or just order salads with side dressing, or any meat meal not fried, breaded, etc. They offer green teas, sugar free healrhy drinks; even a glass of wine is better for some adults rather than a soda. Ordered a whopper combo and they failed to inform they “ran out of buns” so they low balled me and gave me the disgusting bun they use for the chicken sandwiches by cutting it in half so now weight wise your actually paying more and getting less! This has continued to be an issue with this location they lie to you and aren’t forth coming on what your paying for, they continuously forget items that you ordered and pay for from my last complaints, it’s a mess they seriously need new management and re educated in customer service, had I known they were out of buns I wouldn’t have ordered anything but they lied and forced me to pay anyway!
