The Wheelhouse Tavern — Restaurant in Apache Junction

Stopped by to have fish, bar was full and there wasnt even a station to approach. ALL tables were for 4 with 1 or 2 people at them. The patio had a table full. The bar tender was only focused on locals at the bar, and having a jolly time entertaining them without a glance outward. A single, flustered server tried to greet me but by the looks on faces at tables. I was not next to get a drink. I left to get service elswhere. It's a shame, as the jukebox...

Stopped in for a beer while my truck was getting some work done, down the road. Jenni Lynn was working and she treated me like one the regulars. She kept the regulars happy and welcomed all the "newbies " as if she knew them all her life. It's so rare to see these days. Thank goodness for people like her.
