This is a very unassuming place hidden right in the corner. The staff was freindly and there's adequate seating. While I did not partake, the bar was fairly big and I could see myself sitting there at some point, given the right conditions. I went with the boneless wings, and tried a few appetizers. The Ultimate Nachos were great, so great the chips kept crumbling in my hands. I did have the bust out the fork, but it was very delicious; would recommend. The egg rolls were more of a mixed bag. The actual outside was really crispy and tasty, but the inside was just kind of bland. They didn't have the buffalo chicken ones, so maybe those are better, but the Italian and reuben just weren't very good. Finally, the Boneless Wings were interesting. These are some of the biggest wings I've had with a lot of meat on them. Definitely worth the price. The breading was okay and the flavor was good for the Mango Habanero and the Honey Sriracha, but I really have to wonder what exactly the Shearon Harris was supposed to be. It was supposed to be spicy, but it just tasted overly salty and peppery. I did not finish my Shearon Harris wings. The wing sauce for all my wings was also a little watery. It had a hard time sticking to the admittedly tasty chicken. Overall I enjoyed my time here and would recommend it if you are looking for good wings. I'm willing to try out more of thier menu, so that's got to be a good sign.

First time visiting. Overall the food was pretty good. We ordered the fried mushrooms. They were nice and crispy and well cooked, but they lacked seasoning. We also had the onion rings, they were cooked well and the flavor was good. We got the 12 piece bone in chicken wings with BBQ and Sweet habanero. The habanero does have flavor and isn't just all heat, the sweetness comes from them mixing bbq sauce in. The BBQ had a nice smokey flavor. The cook on the wings was good as well. I requested the BBQ to be extra crispy and they did not disappoint. The wings were also drowning in sauce instead of just coated. My son got the kids hamburger with fries and ate it all. The Texas toast that came with the wings was a big let down. It really was just a thick slice of bread not toasted with a dash of what we think was cheese. Service was good and very friendly, but COVID precautions seemed non-existent from both staff and patrons.

First and last order here tonight. Ordered dry ranch rub and spicy garlic parm... as you can see from the photos the ranch and parm were powdered on AFTER placing into takeout containers... Wings were not tossed in seasoning at all. Spicy GP wings are at least tossed in some Buffalo but I can barely taste the spice and no garlic at all. Most of the wings are bare, which I wouldn't mind if I ordered them that way. To top it all off my fried mushrooms are burnt. Fried pickles a little burned but not too bad. Guys, I've received better quality wings and sides from Walmart. Really disappointed. I expected a lot more from a place specializing in wings. Tossing wings in seasoning/sauce seems like common sense? Not sure if this is artistic license. If so, no thanks. Would rate one star but extra star bc they got my crispy wings order right at least....

UPDATE:

The business reached out to me shortly after this in what I felt was a sincere effort to rectify a bad experience, explaining that he had spoken to the restaurant staff about the incident. On Valentine's Day, I finally went back to them for another shot. I ordered online and went to pick up. Given that it was a busy day, my order was ready at the expected time, I believe I saw two of the same staff I had spoken to in October, and both were friendly and attentive (not that I think they recognize me...), and the food was as good as we remembered it. The fried mushrooms that I did not get to try then, I finally had - and they were really good.

So, thank you, for taking the time to address my previous bad experience. It shows how much you value every customer, and that you do strive to always provide extraordinary customer service.

This review is for service received on Oct 20 - this was a Friday, and because I was expecting it to be busy, I ordered ahead online at 5:18. Per estimate on their ordering app (Touch Bistro), my order would be ready in 28 minutes - time enough for me to drive from the hospital where I and my husband were, to the restaurant. Fridays is wings day at home, and since my husband was coming home with me after spending 2 weeks in the hospital, I thought it would be nice to have that familiar routine. I arrived at the restaurant a few minutes after 6, went to the pick-up shelf. There was 1 order ready that was not mine so I told the female staff who asked that I was there to pick up an online order and gave her my name. She said it was being prepared so I waited. After about 10 minutes, a second staff (male) asked me about my order and I gave him the details - he goes into the kitchen area and a third female staff comes back out after a few minutes and tells me they are out of fried mushrooms, and if I wanted something else instead. So as it is, they've never prepared the order after all, just passed by me waiting at one of the tables multiple times, never clarified any of the order details. In the meantime, my husband has been waiting in the car for over 30 minutes for what should have been a welcome home dinner. I was going to just cancel but I was wanting to salvage the whole experience so I said just give me the wings, never mind the other order. Third female staff (she was manning the bar) did apologize (did not explain the reason behind the snafu), and said she will take care of the bill. So after another 15 minutes or so, I got my wings, with fries that the male server he added as extra, and a painful awkward apology. I love the wings of this place, so do my boys, and I'll probably be back after the aftertaste of the experience fades, but there is really no excuse for the poor experience. A sincere apology for the mix-up, a more attentive attitude to customers who are waiting for longer than 5 minutes, and cancelling the charge when you say you are going to take care of it will help. I may not be a regular in the restaurant, but my family fairly orders pick-up regularly for our Friday dinners. Shouldn't the gracious and attentive service...

The staff was nice and friendly, but the service was really slow. It wasn't that no one was around to get drink refills etc, but it just took a really long time for the food to come out. There was no wait to sit down but we were there close to 2 hours and it wasn't because we were taking our time. We actually had somewhere to go so it would have been better if they'd been faster.

Overall the wings were decent. They were big, unlike some of the big chain competitors that always feel like they've been buying chick wings instead of chicken wings. The medium could have used a little more sauce, but tasted good. The hot BBQ was great. Would definitely recommend. The mango habanero was good, but it also wasn't that spicy, which is fine with me, but don't get them expecting a big kick, with the 3 exclamation marks it had next to it. The spicy garlic parmesan had way too much parmesan. It was like eating a spoonful of the powdered parmesan with a little sauce binding it all together (because that's what it was, just attached to a wing). Flavor-wise it was fine but it was too dry and grainy because of that. The jamaican jerk was fine, I didn't love it but I liked it.

Overall, I'd go back if someone else liked it more than me and wanted to go and I didn't have other plans afterwards. I probably wouldn't...
