Kure CBD & Vape — Local services in Apex

Prices are WAY too high for their prime house blends. On top of that no one informed of their price matching policy. And their selection is extremely limited for such a large storefront. It's an awkward location on an awkward street And you might miss it if you were to try and find it. 17 bucks for a 30 ml of NON premium juice? This should be 10-11 at the MOST. Plus their bottle tips kept falling off. I had to transfer my juice to a more reliable bottle when I got home otherwise my juice was dripping everywhere except IN MY TANK where it should be. I don't know the reason. For the high prices, I don't know the reason for the shotty bottles, I don't know the reason for pretty much ONLY stocking fruity flavors, but this place just isn't for me. I did give it 3 stars for the employee I interacted with and the stores cleanliness. But even then then the employee seemed spacey and not super knowledgeable about what they fully had in stock. As an aside, they did have a table in the middle of the room that looked like it was a staging area for showing products but it was messy and disorganized. It looked like someone's table at their house, with brochures strewn around like old mail, and different mods and juices lazily placed as if someone was working on something but never got around to finishing it. I'm being generous with the 3 star rating. I really wanted to like this place. But I think I'll stick to ordering from Vapewild online and buying from Good Guy Vapes locally. This place is the best spot in Apex hands down. I have been to every local smoke shop in Apex and while others are decent, they are very overpriced. Kure has extremely fair pricing for their Hemp & e-cig products. I ended up purchasing a few hemp and nicotine products on my first visit there. So far the quality of their hemp products that I tried are very good.

The staff at Kure provided me with absolutely outstanding customer service upon my first visit to the shop. So much so that I am taking the time to write this review, which is the first time I have ever submitted a review on any business ever. They truly earned it.

Both guys were very knowledgeable about their product offerings, and they answered any/all the questions I had before making my purchase. They had a vast selection of their own locally sourced/produced e liquids as well as a nice selection of other vendors juices.

They also had a nice selection of e-cigs and mods available along with other glass pipe, water pipes, ect. If im being honest their glass selection was the only thing they didn't have as many options for compared to a standard all in one tobacco smoke shop. But they do have a selection, which is more than I can say for the other CBD specific shops in the area.

Kure has defiantly earned my business in the future, and I'm glad I have found a reliable go to spot for CBD and e liquid. If you are looking for a great CBD/Vape shop in Apex, this should be your first stop, you won't leave disappointed.

Wanted to preemptively leave a review after the customer who just showed up was so incredibly rude.

I’m in the middle of my order, I ordered a larger order and it takes a minute to prepare. Second customer walks in and waits quietly. After several minutes, he interrupts to threaten that he is going to contact the owner to complain about her service because he’s been waiting too long.

The young lady who was assisting me with my order, listens to his complaint, ask me if it’s OK for her to take care of the karen, i nod and proceeded to tell the guy that it’s not her fault that I ordered a larger amount that takes a while to prepare and that his threatening her because he has to wait for a previous customer is rude.

People at the store are always great. Customers like that make their job harder than it needs to be. I hope you find peace wherever you are dude, you’re not gonna find it being mean to...
