Bruster's Real Ice Cream — Restaurant in Apex

My family and I go here so often because it is such an amazing ice cream shop!! Every time we walk in, we are always welcomed by the friendly employees and it just makes the whole experience even better! Now of course the best part would have to be the wide variety of tasty ice cream flavors that they have!! There are so much unique and extremely delicious flavors to choose from, and my favorite flavor has got to be the birthday cake ice cream!! I love it even more since there are even Indian ice cream flavors as well, and a lot of ice cream shops don't have these authentic flavors like Bruster's does, so that is amazing! Can't wait to come back...

We had the pleasure of having Bruster's Ice Cream truck at our wedding, and it was amazing!! The Bruster's team was so kind and helpful through our entire wedding planning process. They were flexible with our flavor selection, and were gracious enough to even let us come in to taste some flavors since we live out of town. The ice cream was super flavorful and creamy, came in huge scoops, and the Indian flavors were out of this world delicious. This was certainly a crowd favorite, as our guests let us know. My husband and I visited this store on Sunday. We are frequent customers because the ice cream is fantastic! However, I had to write a review because but we had an exceptionally good experience this past weekend! There was a young man working (probably early high school) sweeping the entrance. He had exceptional customer service! He greeted us and every single person that walked in. He seemed genuinely happy to be there.
