PSA: DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! This is probably the worst Indian food you’ll ever eat. The Bondas were totally raw and uncooked inside. Every dish is filthy and filled with overused oil. This will ruin your health for sure. The paneer fried rice came with stinky and sour paneer which definitely was expired. You name the food, it is oily, tastes disgusting. I know this is a fairly new restaurant in the area and many of you would want to give it a try, but if you at all care about your health, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST!!! Our party tried to give feedback to the chef and the owners but they couldn’t care any less about it, all of them have a very arrogant attitude towards the customers and all they care about is the money. Forget about working on the betterment, none of them were even willing to take the feedback from the customers. Can’t wait for the day they wrap up the business, and from the attitude and dishes they have, I can strongly say that day...

Don’t rush to places if you see lot of people near it better taste it for your self and make right decision. This above is...
Read moreThis food truck serves some of the most delicious and authentic Indian food I’ve had outside of a traditional restaurant. Every dish is packed with bold, flavorful spices that remind me of home-cooked meals straight from a dhaba in India. The punugulu were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside – just the way they should be. They were served hot and fresh with chutneys that added the perfect kick. A total comfort snack that reminded me of street food from back home.
The noodles were equally amazing – full of bold flavors, tossed with veggies and just the right amount of spice. It had that perfect Indo-Chinese fusion taste that’s hard to find done well. Every bite was packed with flavor, and it didn’t feel greasy or heavy. If you're craving something tasty, satisfying, and truly authentic, Hiway Dhaba is the food truck to visit. Highly recommend it – I’ll definitely...
