We didn't even get to try the food because the owner or employee, not sure which, was extremely rude and disrespectful. We just wanted something to eat but everthing in the plaza was closed and it was around 1030ish. I asked if they were still open and he sarcastically said that he doesn't know but the sign says open. Then he proceeds to to walk straight into the back. When I ask if he is the owner he asks what is my problem and says I shouldn't be asking stupid questions. Many places have had an open sing on, but been closed around that time in my experience. I was only trying to support a local business but instead I was greeted with sarcasm, terrible attitude, and even disrespect. Must be a northerner and I can say that because I am from up North as well but I don't use sarcasm or disrespect unless I am ready to fight. At least he didn't take it that far because I was ready to put hands and feet on him. Sucks because I am new to this neighborhood and was hoping to try a new...
Read moreGood pizza, but pretty sketchy business practices under new management. Tried to pick up pizza twice within the same week and hours were different from the posted hours on both occasions. I posted on their Facebook page the first time and someone from the shop replied that they should update their phone line with the current hours (they still haven't as of today). I was going to amend that post with the newer hours but the comment was deleted from their page, so the only way to know their hours is to drive there and see if there's a sign on the door. Mask sign seems unnecessary, but take that as you will. Currently more hassle than it's worth to get pizza from here, plenty of other places nearby that are more consistent. EDIT: Owner has posted the response "Phones are a thing too". Note that the restaurant has no answering machine, so there's no way to learn the current hours unless you happen to call when the place is open, which can be challenging to do if you don't...
Read moreGreat pizza, but they often seem to shut down early in the evening before they officially close and will sometimes not take any orders or even answer the phone past 8:30 (sometimes earlier), when they close at 9. This has happened more than once.
I realize pizza's take a while to make and they can't take new orders right before closing, but 30min-1hr is more than enough time. I used to work in a pizzeria, so I'm speaking from years of experience behind the register and making pies.
In my opinion, you cannot have customer satisfaction without first acquiring customers (and keeping them!). I'm hard pressed to continue giving business to these guys if they continue to run their business this way...its the principal that matters. Also, every time I've been in the store for pick up or to eat, the employees and I'm assuming manager/owner have been rather rude and cold.
Bad service Great Pizza
