This Pizza Hut is a hot mess.
We live in a new construction home that is not in Google Maps yet, but we had pizza delivered from here successfully one time. If they delivered it once, you would think it would be possible for this to happen again, right?
The next time we called again and tried to have it delivered and it was like asking for a kidney, so after that we just opted to pick up. We tried to give them an address for the sales office around the corner from our place and it caused mass confusion for them.
So we gave up on delivery and opted to pick up, which is the route we usually go anyway. My husband went in twice to pick it up and for some reason it is always difficult to find someone to complete our transaction. The employee at the register told him on multiple occasions that they did not have access to it. HUH? I guess only the manager can ring the sale up?
My husband was so annoyed with this place, that we just stopped going. One day I decided to stop in for lunch, I got the personal pan special. Again, I ran into the issue with the employee not being able to ring me up. A few minutes later the manager came up and rang me up. Fast forward to today, I checked my credit card statement and there is a duplicate charge on it! So now I have to dispute this with my credit card company, which makes me irate.
I'm done coming to this Pizza Hut, there are plenty of other non-chain restaurants where I can pick up a better pie for about...
Read moreThis is my favorite pizza place! I absolutely love pizza, and every time I open a box, it’s like unwrapping a GIFT !!!! it brings me so much joy. Just hearing the word “PIZZA” fills me with excitement! I eagerly wait for Tuesdays because of the amazing $20 deal! My boyfriend and I have declared it as “Pizza Day” for us. It’s become a weekly tradition for us, and we always look forward to enjoying their delicious pizzas together. The experience here is more than just food, it’s a celebration of great flavors and warm service.
The staff here are amazing! Rachel and another team member (I don’t remember her name-The one with pink dyed hair) were especially great. Rachel even offered us free drinks when our order was slightly delayed, which was such a thoughtful gesture. What truly sets them apart is how they always come out from behind the desk to personally hand over our pizza with such care—it’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference.
We’ve tried other nearby pizza hut spots, but they just don’t compare. The pizzas here are consistently delicious, and they always follow our instructions perfectly. The pizzas were baked perfectly, and the staff genuinely care about their customers.
Big thanks to the team for making our pizza evenings so enjoyable. You all deserve so much praise for your hard work! We’ll definitely keep coming back...
Read moreFirst I want to say the manager did try to help, but in the end it continued to not be a great experience. We tried to order through the app, got charged $40 but no delivery ever came. According to the store they never received the order and we did confirm it was the correct store. After a week the $$ was refunded. 1 week later we tried again by calling in the order. We went to the locations specific website under carryout options, however when we called in we where told the offer was not available. After much back and forth the manager was kind enough to discount the order to match the offer we saw. She also confirmed it was a legitimate offer but not in the stores ordering system. When we finnaly got the order and opened it up it just got worse. A 5 toping large pizza had exactly 9 pieces of pepperoni, 14 very small pieces of tomato, 10 extemely small pieces of the skin of an onion, approx 20 pieces of very old black olives slivers, and not a banana pepper to be seen. The other large extra cheese pizza had almost no cheese, but did seem to have the pepperoni from the other pizza added to it...
We have been loyal PH customers for decades while living in NY. Unfortunately the search for a decent slice continues as PH here does not seem up...
