INCREDIBLE. I've never had anything like it, no matter where I've been across the country. The ice cream and baked goods are so so unique, yet delicious. A wonderful combination where you get to try something new, yet not in a way that's a gimmick or weird. The name is a clever reference to Prohibition, and gives you a hint of some of the offerings here. Alcohol infused ice creams, where the flavor is intense yet smooth. The alcohol doesn't take the focus of the flavor of the ice cream, just merely enhancing and improving upon it. The staff are wonderful, and the building itself is open and relaxing. There's even some board games and books around, a perfect place to spend time, enjoying company, and trying out all the amazing treats.

I've been here twice now. I tried their unique homemade ice creams both times, as well as two baked items. The ice cream is very good, albeit leaves the heavy whipping cream film in mouth...small price to pay for flavors like egg nog or maple biscoff! The baked items I tried are also very good. They have a new second morning baker so there's a lot more items in stock and less selling out. I didn't know their full menu before but apparently they have chili, hot dogs, chicken soup, and paninis. The employees I encountered all seem to enjoy working there. Friendly and chatty if you want them to be 😉. Definitely will return. Nice treat!

Holy Moly!!! I might say best chocolate muffin and best blueberry muffin I’ve ever had 😍 so stinking good!!! Beautiful customer service, gorgeous store, and will most definitely be back again soon. The only problem is… they are so close to work I might go too many times now haha well done!!!

I'd been watching this new business preparing to open and serve the community. It finally did open a couple months ago, so I decided to try it out. First, it's hard to tell if they're open. The signage is not very visible and if you don't drive in the parking lot you might think it's closed. They said they're working on it. I hope they do.

Now, I went in with excitement, hoping that it's even better than I expected. I looked around and decided to buy one of all they had available, which was about 6 items. It came to a little under $20, which is a good deal for fresh baked treats. None of them really knocked me off my feet, but they were good and tasty. I figured they'd only been open a couple of days and will get all the baking schedules and help figured out. All in all, the first visit was nice, and I wanted to come back and see if they had any other items I could try.

I went back again, but the baker had taken sick the night before and they had a minimal selection. I just bought cookies and they were ok. I'll try again later I said to myself.

I went a third time and the baker was there. It was still a minimal selection. She said she's still trying to figure the scheduling for baking and the help she needs. I was in the bakery business for 34 years and I know what she's talking about. However, she did have a muffin that I hadn't tried, so I bought 1 of each item again, about $20. I went for the new item first, a Raspberry Muffin. WHOA! Very moist, not too sweet, with the taste of raspberry pleasant but not over powering. This was good!! I almost went back and bought the rest. Also, the cinnamon roll was not iced but very good. I ate that one the next day and it was still moist and tasty! Kudos to Kayleen the Baker for a job well done.

If the baker can maintain a consistency in her baking, supply enough product for purchase, and get her scheduling figured out to produce the freshest items for sale, she will be a success. The customer service is wonderful, and it's nice to talk to the person who actually baked the items. If the business can get the signage right so people know they're open, and be consistent in baking, this place will be well worth a visit.

Lastly, I haven't tried the ice cream yet but it looks fantastic! The flavors are unique and look tasty. I'm waiting for warmer days, but I might try it anyway. Perhaps a good scoop of coffee flavored ice cream with that raspberry muffin. The store is very inviting to just sit and taste. Plenty of seating. Give it a shot. Don't just try one thing. You might find a special item that makes...

As a native of Apple Valley, I remember when the shopping center where 21st Amendment is located was the heart of town. Over 50 years later, the center has seen its share of wear and tear, but I believe 21st Amendment might just be the spark to revitalize this area.

I'm the administrator of a very popular local Facebook group, and about two weeks ago, several members were raving about this new ice cream and bakery spot in The Village. Many claimed it was home to the best sourdough bread and ice cream in town. Naturally, I had to see for myself.

I stopped by after picking up my son from Granite Hills High School, which is conveniently nearby. What a pleasant surprise! I met Jonathan, the owner, who was behind the ice cream bar offering some incredible, freshly made flavors. I tried two scoops, and I can confidently say it's some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had in Apple Valley. My son was equally impressed.

On the other side of the store, the bakery was alive with activity, and I saw the hardworking team just starting a fresh batch of sourdough bread. The aromas alone were enough to make me want to take a loaf home.

The decor is inviting, with both indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of space—at least until the word gets out. I can easily imagine this becoming a go-to hangout for Granite Hills students, given its walking-distance proximity, and a much-needed destination for the Village area as a whole.

I absolutely recommend 21st Amendment Creamery and Bakery. Great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a sense of community—what more could you ask for? Don’t miss...

A Sweet Escape into Ice Cream Heaven!

If you’re looking for the perfect spot to indulge in handcrafted ice cream that melts in your mouth and leaves you craving more, look no further! Our recent visit was nothing short of spectacular. From the creamy, rich texture to the expertly balanced flavors, every bite was a moment of pure bliss.

The waffle cone, perfectly crisp and golden, held a generous scoop of what seemed like a dreamy mix of cheesecake and berry swirls—absolute perfection! The cups of ice cream, each uniquely delicious, showcased flavors that were both smooth and decadent, proving the attention to quality and detail in every batch.

Not only was the ice cream divine, but the experience itself was cozy and inviting. Whether you’re a fan of classic flavors or looking for something a little more adventurous, this place has something to satisfy every sweet tooth. We’ll definitely be back for more!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10...
