Off the Grid Brewing Company — Restaurant in Apple Valley

I didn't actually go to the brewery but they had the cousins main lobster truck there to draw people. I guess to their business. But I was in line for a little while waiting for Maine lobster and then I found out they didn't have the full lobsters so I. Left I figured I'd have to go to the beach to get. Exactly what I wanted, not a problem. Kids were a little disappointed, but then again. It saved me from spending 40 bucks on a on a small lobster. L, o, l, but i'm sure it's Delicious. The Hefewiese was the best American made I have had many Hefe's from breweries from Coast to Coast try this and they have all failed to capture that Bavarian essence. Reminds me of a Ayinger Beer I love.

I'm a hop head and their IPA'S are killer. From nose to finish they are very satisfying.

Most tap rooms have there standard pablum offerings for the cross over crowd/market. This is not the case here after having many offerings of the 13-14 brew in house and on tap. All beers are above average to great.

The tasting room is as tasteful and cozy as any tap room I've visited in my travels across America.

Absolutely amazing beer at this place, we went for their 3rd year anniversary and they had so many ppl and it was just great company. It was my first time here but definitely worth multiple visits. They had live music, catered food and amazing beers. I had their sampler and got to try 12 beers! So good! But I have to say their trailblazer is the best! Well if you like dark beer. But if you like light beer their guava beer is soooo good! It tastes like lemon/guava beer man I love that one to!
