Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Apple Valley

Had a horrible experience at the Apple Valley, MN location. I ordered online and the application did not update my current address. I contacted the store when I realized my order was delivered to my old address. The gentleman that answered asked me for my new address and just said he would fix it and hung up. I later get a call from the driver asking me for my address again and when I gave it to her she said she couldn’t deliver it because it was in a different city. But I gave my new address when I first called so I didn’t understand where the mistake was. The driver said she would go back to her store and that was the last I heard from anyone. I called the store and the same guy answered. This time he was very rude and said he was going to charge me because I “made” them make my order twice but I explained to him that I did give them my correct address over the phone which was in another city he then sarcastically said “Well then why would I put it in my system if it was in another city that we don’t deliver to” again I was polite still and tried to explain that I was confused on what happened and I assumed that they would send my order to the correct location. He then very rudely just said “whatever I’ll cancel the order” and hung up on me. This whole time I was being polite and understanding but this guy was so rude it really shocked...

I’ve been coming to this location for awhile now, and I usually always order the same thing. 2 pan pizzas and 1 hand-tossed pizza. The cashier that took my order was nice, and after about 10 minutes, he handed me the pizzas. I told him it was the wrong pizza and that I didn’t order that; he said that he didn’t hear me and thought I said something else. I told him that he misheard me and that I didn’t order that; my son was with me as well and heard the exchange. While I was talking to the cashier, the manager came in. He was immediately hostile, yelled at me, and told me I was in the wrong and that his cashier didn’t make a mistake, and I was lying and had to take the pizza. I told him I wasn’t going to take the pizza because I didn’t order it; I said I would get a refund instead. He proceeded to say he was going to write me up, and he wrote down my name and phone number. He proceeded to take the pizza and throw it in the trash in front of me, saying he’d remake the pizza. I was waiting for an additional 30 minutes while he purposely pushed back my order. Finally, my pizza was ready, and I requested a clean cut because I don’t eat pork, and he ignored my request. I told him not to cut the pizza at all since he ignored my request. The manager was unbelievably rude and...

Domino's Hits it Out of the Park!

This was my first time ordering from the Domino's on 141st Street in Apple Valley, and I was super impressed! I could tell they were slammed - the phone kept ringing and there were a few people waiting for pickup. But even with the rush, the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. My order was up in no time at all.

The real star of the show, though, was the pizza itself. It was cooked to absolute perfection. The crust had that satisfying crunch on the outside and a nice chew on the inside. All the toppings were fresh and flavorful, and they definitely weren't skimping on the cheese! It was honestly one of the best Domino's pizzas I've ever had.

Overall, a fantastic experience. Super fast service, friendly staff, and a delicious pizza. I'll definitely be ordering from this...
