Frogee's Cocktail Lounge — Restaurant in Apple Valley

I had fun here this time due to the people who were there. Im a bit biased on bars in the desert and I am not a fan at all. I wouldn’t have even considered going to this place had it not been for the people asking me to go. That being said, there were no problems, the lady running the bar was courteous and friendly, offered water when I wanted some, the pool table functioned and the queues were in good condition. There is a separate smoking area which is nice for people that smoke or vape, and they offered karaoke. I give this place 3 stars not because they were any more or less of a good bar or anything but simply because I wouldn’t ever go here normally....

It's a little spot in Apple Valley where people can go watch local live bands play with a full bar. It's not the nicest looking place, but it's still good for what it is and what they have. A few things I didn't like: men's restroom were full sized toilets, but no doors for privacy, just wooden partitions. Then the entrance to the patio/ smoking area entrance was through the bar area, so if you're standing around that area during a show, you always hang to shuffle out of the way of people going in and out. Besides that, the bartenders were really cool. I wouldn't mind...

if I could give them a minus I would but cannot. It was great untill after I left. I realized the bartender being so nice all night purposely overcharged me $20. She told me the three drinks I had purchased we're going to be $12 each. My bill without tax what's $56. Trying to get out of there I didn't think about it. Later my friend an I were disgusting the drinks and the price they told me I got jipped. and I was even more mad because I left her a tip. Very shady and scandalous. They stole $20 from me. If you go there check your bill. I won't be going back...
