Sunrise Donuts — Restaurant in Apple Valley

We had a favorite donut stop in Nebraska with the name of Sunrise Donuts.

After moving to California, we noticed there was a donut shop on nearly every corner but did not see the hometown favorite until visiting friends and googled donut shops. We wanted to bring donuts to a family breakfast and let me tell you how happy all were when we showed up with Sunrise Donuts 🍩 Súper Stoked!

Sunrise did not and never has been anything but outstanding donuts 🍩 and rolls 🍩 and service.

I love their staff! They remember what you ordered last time and asked me if I want the plain ham ,egg, and cheese crosaunt, or the jalapeño, ham, egg and cheese crosaunt like I ordered last time! Of course I wanted the jalapeño one! They are super courteous and super nice! I just wish they made the Bavarian stuffed balls more often! They are amazing and low in sugar! I can't lie. I've never had the donuts. The reason why I'm giving them one star is for poor hygiene.

When I drove up to the place, I was on a phone call which delayed my visit. Sitting in my truck, I saw the man working there blow his nose, put his rag back in his pocket, amd go about his day. He didn't clean his hands at all.

Then, he went outside and did something in his car. When he returned, he still didn't wash his hands!!!
