KFC — Restaurant in Apple Valley

The food tasted good but found it to be heavy with MSG (monosodium glutamate) which caused me to have some negative reactions. Some ingredients naturally contain reasonable amounts but some restaurants add additional amounts as a flavor enhancer that really isn’t necessary, so why use it?

Sent my son to order and bring home, my meal was missing items plus no napkins. But that is not the problem people make mistakes I understand that. It was the way the manager handled the situation that was not ok. She was not apologetic she almost made me feel as if I did something wrong. She put me on hold twice and then hung up when I was still speaking. She did say thanks for calling have a nice day with a attitude as she hung up. I decided to go to my neighborhood KFC for an eight piece bucket. I placed my order with the checker, and was pleased to realize I was the only customer in the store. I received my receipt and sat to wait for my order, my checker goes to the bathroom, and another guy takes her place. He takes another customer order and next thing I know they have their order first and are on their merry way. While this is happening my teller comes back and ask him why didnt I get my food first, and he looks at me and says he didnt know I was a customer. I then asked him what he thought I was if I wasnt a customer, and he just walks away.
