Customer service is lacking I’ve gone there twice and both times my drive through experience has been underwhelming like I’m bothering them ( location down the street is way better) I always order my food first (Incase they don’t have it) and I was told they did and when l went up to paid I was told with a monotone attitude that they didn’t have it I said ok and left it at that I was ignored after that, except when my card was needed.
The next time I ordered from them again, which was today I could barely hear the person on the speaker because they were talking so quiet And in a monotone voice, and my thought thought was The speaker itself I was not greeted. I was just asked. What did I want? Ignored it proceeded to put in my order and went up to the window once again, I was not greeted. I wasn’t even looked at until I was asked for my card and he just handed me the food. The only interaction I got was when I said I wanted to do tap to pay. He Was talking to another person that was sweeping and holding the angle of the tap To pay screen at an angle where I couldn’t see it. After hearing me, struggling to see the screen, he apologized and fixed it and pulled himself from the conversation he was having with the other man Once I finish paying, he did not say goodbye. He did not say have a good day. The window closed and I drove away.
I don’t know if this location is hiring teenagers that hate their life because that makes complete sense being a teenager and working in customer service can really suck and at the end of the day, especially if you’re expecting a tip Drive-through! You could at least smile greet someone fake it till you make it
I work in customer service I work at a fast food place. Do I hate my customers? Yes do they know no because I lie because everybody deserves to be treated with respect unless they treat you otherwise.
Do better stop hiring 16 year olds or train them...
Read moreSo me and my boyfriend came to get a drink from this location today in the drive thru . I gave him my phone which had my order that I wanted in my notes . My order was a “Venti brown sugar, shaken espresso with two pumps of pumpkin, pumpkin cold foam, caramel drizzle and extra cinnamon topping . Then my boyfriend was undecided what he wanted so he was just gonna get a grande pumpkin cold brew and ask for extra pumpkin. But that’s when they said in the drive thru that it had like vanilla made with it, what made it pumpkin was the cold foam . So he told them is it similar to the vanilla cold brew and they said no because again the pumpkin cold brew was only the pumpkin cold foam that made it pumpkin. So he told them “sorry can you just give me a vanilla cold brew with the pumpkin cold foam with 4 vanilla syrup . So they gave him his order . When I got my drink and we had to leave the drive thru I notices my drink was a “grande” not a “venti”and I didn’t see any caramel drizzle or cinnamon topping that should have been on the cold foam . My boyfriend was gonna take my drink back in for me but I told him let’s just go because he had somewhere to be . So I drink some of my drink and it tasted like a cold brew, I got a cold brew before and liked it but I didn’t want a cold brew I wanted the brown shaken expresso . It didn’t had no cinnamon taste to it, it just takes like a cold brew with pumpkin cold foam I don’t know if they just decided to give me the drink my boyfriend was asking about before but I wasn’t happy about the...

The one on Main Street & Mountain Vista @ Hesperia, CA used 2b my favorite but ever since COVID19 when they re-opened the new Staff shift Manager has made Starbucks into a McDonald's customer Service harassing the client's 4 asking for a Trenta cup size of water & even when one ask if i can pay 4 it, she makes her staff decline as if what i spend on a daily doesn't cover d trenta size cup n still brings double d income to Starbucks. Now it feels like what used 2b a Dillards/Macy's is now a WalMart #shux i don't mind spending $7. on a cup of coffee on a daily but with this new Boss/shift Manager in Hesperia, i feel like I'm getting robbed by paying $7. for a cup of of Coffee that comes with a McDonald's type of Customer service, i now spend the extra gas & travel time to go visit a Real Starbucks "where everyone knows your name" & gladly attend u with what Starbucks has been known for i.e. Pristine Greetings where u don't mind paying $7. for a cup of coffee & u feel d need to leave a tip as every visit at this new Starbucks is always a pleasure to visit n it's right across the Apple Valley Hospital & it's open til 10pm on a daily; i even went 3 times today...such a nice...
