Terrible service being discriminated against an overcharged when asked for extra salsas being charged $.75 per salsa and readily seeing the same person hand other customers who are not my nationality extra salsas without charge being talked to rude and treated unkindly and told that I āIf I donāt like it .I can go somewhere elseā, then you hung up the phone in my face . Itās not about the money itās about the treatment , Your customer service is terrible at this location. I advise if you are of certain nationalities you may want to choose another restaurant because your food quality and service will not be comparable to others !!!!! I donāt feel that I have to be subjected to this type of treatment, especially if Iām spending my money patronizing a restaurant on a frequent basis. This was not the first time I received rude treatment, but I attempted to give your restaurant the benefit of the doubt . This business does not value customer service of all nationalities. because you already had your assumptions and your biases, you gave me the wrong order!!!! I asked for Queso Birria Tacos and you assumed I wanted $.99 tacos. I am a frequent customer and you already were providing poor customer service when I walked in the restaurant. Learn professionalism and treat people better without bias and distinction. Please reference the image of my purchases for your restaurant in the last year, I did not deserve the treatment I received from you over asking you for one salsa and you got my order wrong!!!!!!!!ā because you were rude and not listening. Again, After I left the restaurant I attempted to call you and resolve the situation and you told me ā if I donāt like it, I could go somewhere elseā then you hung up the phone in my face. Your response to this complaint, validates the fact that you have no remorse nor concern for customer satisfaction. You were very rude brass and abrasive for no reason. I am very disappointed in the treatment I received and I hope others read this and do not have to be subjected to your rude assumptive treatment. Reference pictures of money Iāve spent with your restaurant over the last year and Iāve been coming there for over several years. Do better !!!! treat your customers better. I was told the food was good so I called on Monday at 6:58 to see what time they close (7 pm) and was told they were basically closed. I figured I'd go early the next day on Tuesday. I called at 4:10 to find out if they had a taco Tuesday special, which they did. I then drove to the restaurant and placed my order in person at around 4:30 pm. Maritza asked for my name and wrote it on the order card and proceeded to say "oh you are the one that placed the order and never picked it up". I told her " no, I've never even ordered here before today and asked don't you guys take down phone numbers on the orders to call people when they don't pick up their order?" She said no and I paid. I was bothered that she made that comment based simply on my name so I told her I was offended and that it was inappropriate for her to make that statement to a random customer. She then goes "oh well I recognized your phone number and I was told not to take orders from your number." How did she recognize my phone number when I was in person ordering??? I told her well I never gave you my number (since I placed my order in person). I just told you my name so you based that comment off of what, my name? And she really couldn't provide any legitimate response. I told her ok well if you supposedly have my name and number written down on a order tab for an order that wasn't picked up then I want to see it. She stated I'm pretty sure the manager has it but she isn't here. I could tell once I questioned her she was trying to come up with some bs story because she was in the wrong. The whole experience was just weird as heck and the employee's customer service skills...

From working in restaurants I know you need to try to obtain this score, as ample opportunities to remedy are provided by the county; however a large B is displayed. The restaurant smells like mildew with a side of cabbage. The service is ridiculous, I ordered 20 tacos (small taco Tuesday tacos PLAIN) with a small side of rice of beans (both an 1/8 of a cup if youāre lucky), and waited over 30 minutes watching those ordering right before me get their food, finish and leave prior to I receiving my order. All together the cost was over $30 dollars. I ask for hot sauce which was not provided or offered, and Iām told because I ordered taco Tuesday tacos there is a limit. Mind you I had 20 tacos. Begrudgingly the employee brought me 2 for my 20 tacos and I requested one more hot sauce I was told because I did not order a more expensive item off the menu I could not get more hot sauce ( thinking 30 bucks should grant me at least a couple more decadent and sacred herbs and spices mixed to fineness, but nope. I found this rather strange as we all know hot sauce is a must on a taco. Either way, I highly suggest steering clear of this establishment until they are able to recognize that the hardworking people of our area provide them their livelihood. Save your money, there are much better Mexican restaurants in the area that value...
